Bacaro Kitchen & Wine Bar

Have had previous dinners, lunches and even take out during 2017 Harvey storm aftermath. I have a variety of dishes and all have been fresh and tasty. Yesterday we had a small business meeting there with lunch. Lunch consisted of spaghetti and meatballs, a salmon dish and another a meatball sandwich all were fresh, served hot with great service. The owner always go out of his way to cater to all customers to make their visit a pleasant one. We have lived in neighborhood for years and it is really nice to have upscale dining such as Bacaro Kitchen and Wine Bar close by. Great for casual lunches with friends or a group, business get togethers anytime lunch or dinner. They also offer wine tasting events from time to time.

Food was great. Service was pretty good, just had a hard time getting water glasses refilled. We will definitely dine there again.

My husband says this is the best Italian food he has ever had and I have to agree. It's a great restaurant with a nice quiet ambience. The food and service are impeccable.

Looking for a really quiet spot for a business or other lunch on Thursday or Friday? Look no further. Bacaro - usually bustling at night- had only a handful of diners this Thursday for lunch and my friend and I had an entire area of the restaurant to ourselves. Good and service great as always (I had the perfectly prepared salmon) and parking is never an issue.

Fantastic neighborhood gem restaurant with more than ample choices. Service is excellent and owner makes you feel like part of the family either a warm welcome. The Arancini, Italian meatballs and Polenta are great starts. The Bacaro house salad and mushroom bisque are a must have. The Chicken Parmigiana is a house specialty with a side of capellini and marinara sauce.

Nice decor, entrees and dessert were good, so was the service. Noise level at the bar (where we were not seated) and a subpar appetizer (calamari) made this a so-so experience.

We've been to Bacaro several times and every meal has been delicious. The staff is very attentive and the owner Bill always very friendly.

Great food in a very comfortable location. The restaurant offers a multiple choices in the menu as well its wine selection. Service is outstanding and owner makes you feel like they know you from long. Appetizers are plenty with the arancini and polenta bites a treat. The mushroom bisque is a must. Recommend the chicken parmigiana or the lasagna.

Love this place. The owner is always there and the food and service is always excellent. They also have great wine selection.

Amazing food and service. I highly recommend their Wine Tastings which occur on the first Thursday of every month.
