I always have great service, the staff is friendly and responsive. There are two huge tvs and signs posted everywhere with qr codes and instructions with the order ahead on the 365pay app as well as two touch screen registers to order and pay right there. There is also a scan and pay option for prepackaged items and bottled drinks.

There were 2 servers doing nothing just talking and I asked for help placing my order and they both looked at me like "are you stupid, don't know how to place an order electronically" and didn't even move to go see what the issue with the machine was.. I ended up not buying any food.

Really nice staff. Food is consistently good. Price is very reasonable.
Free Cookies at Zoly's (in the basement) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Only go to Zoly's if you have no other options..
Convenience store, Fedex, deli, shoe shoes, and barbar all downstairs on lower level
Make sure to look at the elevator banks before jumping on for a ride.
