The whole point of ordering ahead is walking in, picking it up, and walk out. How did we take 30 mins PAST WHEN MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY!! I called to order but the option for takeout said to order it on the website. I ordered two pancakes and an omelette online that said it was gonna be ready at 9:35. I arrive at 9:35, and they say they can’t find my order. I show the confirmation email showing the correct location and my TWO PANCAKES and OMELETTE yet the older lady still can’t find it. Whole time she was looking at the call-in area only and would refuse to look at where the online orders were. She finally found it at 9:45. Order was not ready and took another 20 minutes to be ready. Kept asking for an update and kept getting told “2-3 more mins”. At that point I’d been there for over 20 minutes. Extremely disappointed at the service and lack of competency. Horrible place will never order here again!!!!!

Loved this place. Had the farmhouse hash over easy eggs, power bowl, million dollar bacon, grits and biscuit and gravy. Was very pleased with portion size and quality ingredients, but more importantly it tasted great! Good job First Watch. We’ll be back.

I like the interior of this place and food was good but it's pretty expensive for what you get. Also very limited coffee options, no cappuccino or something similar.

Love this place! Make sure to get their morning meditation fresh squeezed juice! It's delicious and their coffee is phenomenal. Food is delicious, ample options and waitresses are super nice. There isn't one in the city I live in, so when I travel it's my go to place if possible.

It's going down hill the food quality is not the same. Cleaning is not as well done as before. No more coffee while waiting. Staff is still lovely but foods not the same the bread feels store bought low quality
