I was super excited to try this place. The atmosphere was nice. The staff/cook seem to be a bit confused on the orders. My family and I ordered the lobster fries, Philly cheese fries and fish and Fries they all came out COLD after the cook left our food sitting on the counter as he explained to the others how to plate the food. Perhaps they maybe just starting but we spent $97.58 to be exact (We expect our food to be fresh and done right) I politely gave our food back for it to be cooked fresh. They redipped the fish (Cross contamination) after waiting for another 30 mins we were really turned off. 3 out of 10 I almost DON'T RECOMMEND

The wild berry lemonade messed me up. I don’t think it was real lemonade tasted like it had preservative in it and made my stomach feel real bad. Try some thing else. Food was okay

I love Poutine. The one place I frequented in the Houston area closed during Covid. When I recently discovered The Fry Guys, I was super excited and couldn't wait for the opportunity to try it out. I got the opportunity a week ago and they didn't disappoint. I stumbled in late and decided to try the Truffle Parmasean Shrimp. Before I knew it I was actually licking my fingers!Last night I started my way down the menu by trying out the Texas Fries. Again, not disappointed. I don't usually like Bar-B-Q sauce. This sauce was tasty and the brisket was very tender. The customer service is exceptional. By the way, did I mention that this is a black owned business? I met the owner and he made us feel right at home. You have to try this spot. You won't be disappointed either.

The customer service was decent. I didn't like the doors being opened, which allowed bugs to fly inside. It would be nice if you could upgrade the fries with the wing and fries option. The $30 Lobster craw fries came, and the fries were cold. The toppings were fresh, and the remoulade sauce was delicious. I just have mixed feelings about the establishment. I'm not in a rush to go back, but I can't say that I wouldn't try them again.

We were looking for something different for lunch, found this place on-line. Their menu needs to explain a little more about how the food is served. Too much sauce - you are unable to really taste the protein. Fries come with most everything and you would think they would be amazing, nope - soggy fries no flavor. No sides to choose from. When the food was ready they brought it to the table and never came back to check if we needed anything or if we were enjoying the meal. (We had mentioned while looking at the menu that it was our first time dining with them....another reason to check on things. Nope). Quite pricey for what you get.

I was excited to come here, I was wanting to try this so bad. Overrated sorry to disappoint anyone but it's just my opinion. 15$ for some French fries with toppings. Flavors alright, French fries are some basic fries. No Cajun fries, no crispy fries. I visited at a bad time too , lady finished her fries said she was unsatisfied and tried to get a refund ..not how that works. First bite not satisfied say something. Overall it's worth trying.
