This is the second time my food had hair in it. I am disgusted. This is clearly not a one off situation. The employees preparing the food should wear protective coverings while making and serving food. They need to prioritize health and food safety. I will never eat here again. Check your food!

The quality has gone down. The food was cold and flavorless. You used to get the meat straight from the rotisserie. Now they pre slice it and have it sitting in a container like a subways. They didn't even reheat it on a grill. This is the second location outside of NYC that I have noticed this. It used to feel like a mom & pop middle eastern eatery, now it's become just another fast food chain.

Just by tasting the food you can tell that this place is 100% a chain. Unauthentic and bland. Next time I’m craving Mediterranean I’ll find a local place

Hi I just wanna say I was there during lunch time and a lady was being very rude to the manager. Wanna say she was never a guest she was on the floor and it looked tacky .Its already hard as it is to deal with no power but for some people to act out childish at a family restaurant. I read her review and she lied about everything the manager in charge was a gentleman and he was so nice about the situation. He had to get Houston PD cause she was giving him a hard time glad Houston PD got her our of there.

I’m a regular paying customer right. I went here to get food but my phone was dead so I couldn’t pay for my food. I sit my phone on the charger so I could pay for my food. Why does the manager approach me and ask me if I’m buying food while I’m charging my food I understand not wanting any loitering bc of the hurricane and ppl are looking for places to go. But to HARASS a paying customer that told you they were going to buy food as soon as their phone is charged is CRAZY. Made me feel MAD UNCOMFORTABLE. I’m the only hispanic/ black person in the place so I felt like the manager was being racist. Not to mention I’m vegetarian I don’t have too many options to eat downtown. To the racist manager that loves the harass paying customers I hope your customers see you for who you really are an ungrateful supervisor who doesn’t take care of their paying customers. Just selfish and self centered. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! As a business owner myself I would NEVER TREAT MY PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS BC THEY SUPPORT MY BUSINESS AND WITHOUT THEM IM NOTHING.

Stopped by today for the first time. Came mainly for fries for youngest as we have been displaced due to the storm and let me say their food is AMAZING! I ordered a chicken plate, and chicken sandwich, it was so fresh. Service was great food was great. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for being open!!!
