Great food as always love the lamb gyro, the fries are near perfect and the sauces are amazing. The service is fast and thorough and the employees are friendly courteous and recognize return customers sometimes even your order. I love this restaurant one of my top favorites!

Went in at 8pm thinking it would be closed but it was actually open until 10pm.The girl who helped us saw that we were a bit lost and was kind to explain the menu and options.The food was very flavorful.Thank you for being patient while we ordered.

Food is flavorless and dry. Not worth in any aspect. Half the plate is lettuce and tomatoes. Falafels were really bad, i can certainly say the worst ones ive ever had.
The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are reasonable. Alongside that, the service was so good too and they explained to me everything and they were so nice. I’m definitely coming back

I'm writing this review strictly as a delivery person.On Dec 2nd, 8pm, I was at The Halal Guys for a pickup. There was a gentleman working behind the counter & a group of gentlemen leaving. Approximately 3-5 min after I had been waiting, a woman comes out from the back with attitude from the get-go. There was one gentleman from the group of gentlemen who was still packing up his stuff to go, and I admit, he was muttering curse words under his breath. He seemed angry about something; it appeared to me like the way he had been treated by the words he was saying. When the woman came from the back, she definitely didn't help things. She was extremely confrontational which really upset the gentleman and made him curse loudly at her; she also threatened to call the police if he didn't leave immediately to which he had some other choice words for her. Prior to her intervention, the gentleman was putting on his jacket to leave - she just made things worse to where he even forgot his phone.When she got behind the counter, there were 2 delivery drivers waiting for an order: myself & another woman. The lady behind the counter asked if I had been helped & I explained that the young man was in the process of making the food. I also told her how it came with a drink. She gave me this "I don't do drinks" look and said "he'll get to drink mam' when he finishes your order" in a very condescending tone - like I was a child that needed explaining to.Now - I've worked in every type of customer service industry out there & MY thinking was that she could make my drink & get the bag/utensils ready so when the gentleman was done, I'd be out the door. She could then start the other driver's order (food) & the young man could get everything set up (including any drinks on the order)/help with any necessary food on the order, so that all they had to do was put the food in the bags and the driver could grab the bag(s)/drinks (if ordered) and be out the door. That's called TEAMWORK.All I saw was a woman (I'm guessing the manager) bully her staff; escalate a situation that could have been handled in a MUCH different demeanor; rude to delivery drivers & honestly, someone I would not want near my employees nor customers.
