The catering staff were professional and friendly. They set up the food beautifully. The presentation was wonderful! They had heating lamps to keep food warm, lights to accent the staging of the food and a variety of levels of the food presentation. All of the food was delicious! Our guests went up for seconds and thirds. We did not have many leftovers. I think that speaks very well for the quality and taste of the catering. The Heights catering went above and beyond our expectations. The event was for a nonprofit Ukrainian organization and they even attempted to get Ukrainian wine to serve. I’m so impressed! Thank you to the team at The Heights Catering for a job well done. I highly recommend this caterer for your future event!

I host an annual event and have used multiple caterers over the years — NONE have been as impressive, professional and kind as Brian and his team. The Heights Catering knocked it out of the park from our first meeting and tasting and, most importantly, Brian’s food was absolutely delicious. My guests raved about the elegant, sit-down dinner and I received more positive feedback than ever before. Brian’s communication was great the entire time we were planning — and I felt so cared for my his attentive team who went above and beyond to make sure the evening met our high expectations. We had an amazing experience with the Heights Catering at our 250 person wedding! Their communication leading up to the event was extremely professional, fast and kind. They provided all the linens for our event in addition to the food which greatly simplified our planning. They were exceedingly flexible with us (for example, we had two buffet lines and needed one to serve our guests and then be quickly torn down to make room on the dance floor) and the staff executed everything absolutely seamlessly. They served all our guests quickly and a beautiful plate of food and appetizers was saved for my husband and me to eat after we were done with photos. Our guests *raved* about the food and many people went back for seconds. I didn't get a chance to thank them in person on the crazy day but want to express my sincere gratitude for their professionalism, and for contributing so wonderfully to our day.

Brian and his team at The Heights Catering did a tremendous job at our Wedding in May 2025. They provided appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet-style dinner. We booked with The Heights Catering for our weeding and all I can say everyone loved their food! We had the salmon with chicken and it tasted so delicious! Also, from the tasting to booking process was so stress free! I would 100% recommend The Heights Catering for your next event!

My wife and I used Heights Catering for a baby shower we hosted for ~50 people this weekend. The service and food quality was excellent and Brian could not have been easier to work with, incorporating both menu changes and the number of guests as needed. His team showed up on time for prep work, provided friendly service for our guests and cleaned up everything thoroughly before leaving. The whole process was seamless and we will use them again in the future.

We recently had The Heights Catering cater our resident event for about 300 guests and I could not recommend them enough!! Their communication was processional from start to finish, always promptly responding and making us feel NO stress leading up to the event because they were so easy to work with. Brian came out to the property a few weeks before the event date to check out the space and make a plan, and on the day of, his team arrived right on time for the set up and executed the set up swiftly and professionally. I have never seen a company so organized. Genuinely, if you are looking for a stress-free process and event, The Heights Catering is for you! All this and I haven’t even mentioned the food- our residents couldn’t stop complimenting every single mouthwatering thing on the menu. They were also very generous with their portions, and every guest left full and satisfied. The lamb chops, wagyu beef sliders, grilled chicken, gulf shrimp, truffle Mac, Mexican street corn, and all the sauces received equal praise from the residents. I tested everything on the menu and was amazed at the flavors and tenderness! Usually with an event like this, there’s always one thing on the menu that doesn’t live up to the rest, but Brian and his team clearly take care to make sure each and every menu item meets their high standards.
Brian and his whole team were so friendly and professional throughout the event, moving through the line of residents swiftly and efficiently so nobody felt as though they had to wait too long, and overall, they truly elevated our event. We are very much looking forward to working with them in the future, and if you choose to hire them for your event, be assured you will not regret it!!

Went for taste testing for granddaughters wedding for March 2025. The food was amazing and the professional elegant presentation sealed the deal. Chef Brian is friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait for my granddaughters BIG day in 6 mos and for all the great food and service that awaits us.

I discovered "The Heights Catering" while searching on Google for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. After reviewing their website, exchanging emails with Vanessa, and meeting Chef Brian, I was convinced they were the perfect choice. Everything was flawless, from the tasting to the customer service and their execution on the day of the event.
