Brian and The Heights Catering team are amazing! Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way! The food was outstanding, the presentation and attention to detail exceptional, and the bartending, kitchen and wait staff were all so professional and a delight to work with. Thank you all! We had them cater an event for us. The food was phenomenal, the price was great and the staff were very attentive and incredibly friendly. Do not hesitate to use them for any size event (ours was 70 people with finger foods)

We used The Heights Catering for a couples wedding shower at a Brewery. The food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was awesome and the staff (from the chef, the assistant, the attendants) replenishing the food were all superb! Portions were aplenty and they did not skimp. There was not a designated area for prepping but the crew made it work with no issues! They were easy to work with and helped me with the menu to fit our budget. I highly recommend The Heights Catering and will definitely use them again for my future catering needs. They were amazing and I don't have one negative comment-only good things to say!

We chose The Heights Catering for our backyard wedding reception and they did not disappoint. We had roughly about 70 guests and as many of us know the food at a wedding reception really makes or breaks the guest experience and take-away. My partner and I are still receiving feedback a week later on how good the food was and how good the service of the catering team provided. We ended up doing the “ In the backyard” menu and it did not disappoint. They arrived a few hours before the event started and got straight to work. They even jumped in and helped lay out the linens for the event, which we were not expecting. They brought everything with them water, goblets, silverware, and the plate ware and even had a very cute display for desserts. We had our event on Labor Day weekend and it just so happened to pour that weekend and right before we started serving dinner. As most people at the wedding reception ran for cover underneath the tent and patio the Heights catering team sprung into action started collecting place settings, pictures, and the sweetheart, table, and cannot think them enough. Once the rain passed, they even helped us break down the tables, reset them, dried them off so that our guests were comfortable still. Brian and his team were an absolute breeze to work with from the moment of the taste testing all the way through the event. I would definitely recommend Brian and his team for any of your catering needs.

Brian and his team were incredibly professional and detail-oriented. He personally did three site visits with his staff, each lasting over two hours, to make sure every aspect was covered. He had one team managing the setup, presentation, and floor, and another focused on the kitchen. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

Even though we reached out just two months before the wedding, Brian made it happen without any issues. He stayed in touch, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect.

The catering staff were professional and friendly. They set up the food beautifully. The presentation was wonderful! They had heating lamps to keep food warm, lights to accent the staging of the food and a variety of levels of the food presentation. All of the food was delicious! Our guests went up for seconds and thirds. We did not have many leftovers. I think that speaks very well for the quality and taste of the catering. The Heights catering went above and beyond our expectations. The event was for a nonprofit Ukrainian organization and they even attempted to get Ukrainian wine to serve. I’m so impressed! Thank you to the team at The Heights Catering for a job well done. I highly recommend this caterer for your future event!

I host an annual event and have used multiple caterers over the years — NONE have been as impressive, professional and kind as Brian and his team. The Heights Catering knocked it out of the park from our first meeting and tasting and, most importantly, Brian’s food was absolutely delicious. My guests raved about the elegant, sit-down dinner and I received more positive feedback than ever before. Brian’s communication was great the entire time we were planning — and I felt so cared for my his attentive team who went above and beyond to make sure the evening met our high expectations. We had an amazing experience with the Heights Catering at our 250 person wedding! Their communication leading up to the event was extremely professional, fast and kind. They provided all the linens for our event in addition to the food which greatly simplified our planning. They were exceedingly flexible with us (for example, we had two buffet lines and needed one to serve our guests and then be quickly torn down to make room on the dance floor) and the staff executed everything absolutely seamlessly. They served all our guests quickly and a beautiful plate of food and appetizers was saved for my husband and me to eat after we were done with photos. Our guests *raved* about the food and many people went back for seconds. I didn't get a chance to thank them in person on the crazy day but want to express my sincere gratitude for their professionalism, and for contributing so wonderfully to our day.
