Love the HoneyBaked Hams. After the holiday, they had ham bones on sale til they run out. The bones make an awesome soups
Ms Delorise Jones is MEAN. She hardly spoke loud enough for me to hear her and was visibly annoyed when she had to repeat herself. Then even more so when I told her I didn’t place a DoorDash order & had a mobile order to pick up (placed on the website). I arrived right at the start of the pick up window timeframe and they seemingly didn’t realize that I had placed an order. I had to show them my phone so they could start the order. She seemed to find it after & gave the receipt with my food.
Could not be happier with how polite the staff here always is! They have phenomenal customer service during the busiest of holiday times and the food is always perfect. Lunch is great for a quick bite but definitely go to them for your sides and desserts for special occasions.
Excellent service and atmosphere. Hams are good MOST times. They do not open their hams for your inspection before purchase. Sight unseen, you could pay for and take home a ham you may not have selected yourself.

come back to your restaurant. Maybe retrain your employees. My online order is never prepared when I get to the location. Then it seems to be a huge problem to come in and ask for my order. My order was sent in an hour prior to picking it up.
Delish but too much sugar
Never been here but I wrk just around the corner and wanted to Knw how it were no customer service at all the Linda was not helpful at all i ask her several time do u have items for one person no response I told her this is my first time here do u have sandwiches that are made on the spot she juz tell me we have ham ready that is not wht I asked so I asked again wht type of sandwiches do u have so Linda go and hand me a menu at this point im upset because she is not answering me with a response to my questions so I juz politely ask her name and walked out I will not return nor will I advice any of my colleagues or family and friends to visit or get or order anything from this establishment very poor customer service and I am the type to tip the employees that excel in customer service because that is wht I do so yes if you are easing this I would not recommend this establishment for any of my needs
Food was great. The service was decent. They were handling rude customers with dignity and respect. I would have asked them to leave. 😁

Ordered a half boneless ham online, with the option to pre-pay or pay in store. Husband went to pick it up today only to be told they didn’t have it since we didn’t prepay. No where online or in either of our confirmation messages with the confirmation order did it say we wouldn’t get a ham because we didn’t pre-pay. Instead they sold us the “equivalent” which was a 9-lb bone-in which was $40 more than what we were looking for. We ordered a 3-3.99 lb boneless ham. I’m not paying $40 extra for a bone. Called to get a refund on the difference in price (husband didn’t want to stand there an argue since they had a line and didn’t want to hold others up), and have been put on hold with no one else s picking up. I know they don’t want to be dealing with unhappy customers and yes, my husband should’ve told them no to the $90 none-in ham, but again, he didn’t want to argue with them when there were other people waiting. My issue is, don’t let us order and give us not only a confirmation text but also an email saying our order was placed if you can’t provide the product. It also shouldn’t have the option to pay in store if you are going to tell people once they get into the store that “you have to pre-pay”. That’s not what the website said. We order from here every year and honestly, we won’t from now on. Also the ladies I did speak to on the phone weren’t even helpful or overly friendly.
Wanna thank the gentlemen that help me out on thanksgiving with my prepared order also he have great customer service with a big smile and he also help me with my bags to the car sweet man hope to see him for Christmas. Mr AMG😇

Ordered a frozen ham. Delivered right to my front door on the day I requested. It was so delicious! Just thaw and serve. Will be ordering again for Christmas!

Luckily, one of the ladies came outside to the long line extended into the parking lot to advise it was the prepaid line. We got in the short walk-ins/reservation line. At first it was 2 cashiers for the prepaid and 2 cashiers for our line. They ran out of ham and told all of us they were preparing more, but actually, they were waiting for another store to bring them more. This was the FM1960West near Veterans Memorial Dr. When more arrived about 10-15 minutes later, they changed it to 3 cashiers for prepaid and only one for walk-ins/reservations line. Absolutely unfair. It should have remained 2 and 2. Prepaid should not have been made more important than the rest of us. It also would have gotten the line down quicker (long line at this point).
