I live in The Woodlands and there are 2 stores here. I can get to either one in 10-15 minutes. Instead I choose to drive 45 minutes to get to the store on Breck Street. The people here are friendlier, the store is always clean and well organized. The manager has one of his employees (Ally) standing outside to greet arriving customers and say thank you to departing customers. Nice touch. Very nice touch. Both stores in The Woodlands remind me of the Post Office. No one smiles or says hi, you stand in line, pick up a ham, pay and leave - usually without a word spoken. That’s why I quit dealing with them. The Breck street store is way better - the staff is better trained and I can tell they like their job. Always smiling, always friendly, especially the guy named Mingle. I like this store.

I purchased a prime rib from the HoneyBaked Ham store for Christmas, and unfortunately it was very dry and completely flavorless. I paid $150, and this was extremely disappointing, especially since this was our only meat for Christmas dinner and all stores were closed.
When I called the store to share my experience, David suggested I bring the product back for a refund. I never asked for a refund, and of course I didn’t have the full product to return since it had already been served. At that point, there really wasn’t anything that could fix the situation — the meal was already ruined.
The staff was polite, but overall this felt like a waste of a very expensive product. I expected much better quality for the price and the occasion.

Ms Delorise Jones is MEAN. She hardly spoke loud enough for me to hear her and was visibly annoyed when she had to repeat herself. Then even more so when I told her I didn’t place a DoorDash order & had a mobile order to pick up (placed on the website). I arrived right at the start of the pick up window timeframe and they seemingly didn’t realize that I had placed an order. I had to show them my phone so they could start the order. She seemed to find it after & gave the receipt with my food.
