The food was delicious! Service was horrible, we have had better service at Denny's. I honestly think it was because we had a party of 7 and were being charged the 18% service charge, they figured why even try.

Had to share a drink menu with the other table that I didn’t know next to me and never got my drink ordered because they never came . Food mid anyways

Came here 2 different times with a friend. First time we waited 25 minutes before anybody even took our order after that took them another 20 minutes to actually bring out the drinks then the food came out 30 minutes after. The servers were sweet but took WAYYY TOO LONG !! Then when the food actually came out the snow crab legs BARELY had ANY MEAT IN THEM !! The crawfish were good and the sauce was actually really good tho. But took WAY TOO LONG. The 2nd time we got sat before the table before us and we got sat for 15 mins and we decided to just get the food to go. Trust me just order to go because in person will take forever.

Me and my husband went on a date to juicy crab and our experiences was awful. The service sucks, our food was highly over cooked. Then when it was time to pay our bill we had to go looking for or waiter. And this was when their was no one in the building we will not be returning.

This place needs some better leadership. I visited the restaurant to take the kids for dinner. I was told they didn't have any crab crackers at a seafood restaurant. They were also out of potatoes and corn. They crabs were old and not very fresh. I wasted my money. On top of that the server charged my card with gratuity for a party of four. I called to report this and was rwice blown off so not only is the restaurant janky but the management is not offended either. I hope he enjoys the $22 because that's the last $1 this restaurant will get from me!

Food was really good, our server was literally the only one working out of 10 employees, most of them were just standing at the host station talking and laughing while the MANAGER was running out drinks, they couldn’t help her out when she was super busy. Mind you 4 people got sat after us and they left after 20 minutes of them being seated without service. Our server was so sweet i wish i could remember her name. Overall i think you guys need to get better at hiring, yall got really good food, but service from employees are trash.

Wow never again went there for my birthday on 12/26/24 and and really bad service for sodas It was about 30 min and we order the food we waited 1:20 and never came out so we left 😔 they where under staff and no manager
