We made a reservation and one of our party was unable to come because of an emergency and they were so nice about it. We weee seated right away and our waiter was very attentive.

Enjoyed it very much, had an awesome experience. Very nice and clean place, not stuffy at all, but it is good for date night, so dress nice but not required to dress fancy.

I went here during their 40 yr anniversary thing. We had reservations and were seated right away. We tried the special celebration menu. The service was pretty good throughout the dinner and the ambience is great. I wasn't the biggest fan of their cheese fondue but their special chocolate fondue is out of the world. The main course was also decent. Normally would rank it 4 star ( very solid) but it's definitely a bit steep so that's why I'll probably have it at 3.5. Definitely recommend trying their chocolate fondue.

Our waiter wasn't very attentive we watched other employees at other tables and the difference between our waiter and others was day and night. We took friends for Christmas Eve dinner expecting a special night and we were highly disappointed. The presentation lacked food was good however timing was way off. For the price I paid the experience should have been better.

We came on New Year's Eve with the expectation of a memorable way to ring in the new year on our anniversary. The prefixed menu was set, the bill was over $250 and they were rushing us the whole time. When I questioned the manager about the bill, he was pretty rude in his response and when I asked about the complimentary champagne, the bartender waved me to the side bar and said they're over there. I guess I was hoping for exceptional service on new years and instead over paid to get rushed out the door on such a special occasion. Wouldn't go back.

We've been celebrating New Year's Eve at the Melting Pot for about 20 years now. Was very good as usual last night. The fairly fixed menu on New Year's is very nice and makes ordering easy. Enjoy the various add on that are available such as the rose buds on the table.

I cant believe we just spent over 100 USD for a small, sub par fondue, raw vegetables, 3 slices of steak, 3 tiny shrimp, 3 other slices of meat and 4 mushrooms. Should've gone to the Hot Pot around the block, at least you can eat the broth there.
The place is cute and service is good but left sooo hungry!!!

Been a while since we've been to the Melting Pot, but wanted to catch up with some friends. Perfect environment for that! The food was good, but I think they were short staffed because the service was slow and we had to find others staff members to help us even get water refills.

Waiter was quite a mess! She didn't even take our cooking style order and later came with the cook or someone to get it! Service was slow with 1 entree ordered wrong (not sure whose mistake). She made several comments like ^what a mess you.^ Cheese is amazing! Salads somehow has regresssed! They looked different tasted different! Entree great but the sauces need to be improved! The curry was the best sauces and needs to be brought h back to menu! Dessert fabulous!
