This place isn't awful, but it really isn't great, either. The staff was not entirely rude, but they were also not very considerate (i.e. making incredibly loud noises and then laughing at people packing their things to leave/ looking generally startled because of whatever the heck the banging was). The coffee doesn't taste like anything special -- not the best, not the worst. Overall, the place itself is clean, which is really nice! The internet connection...
I love the chalk wall. Also, I purchased a dirty chai and felt like it perked me up almost immediately. No bitter taste but not sweet the way starbucks tends to make it.the guy at the front was sweet.
i quite dislike the remodel; the place used to look so homey, but now it just looks like any other coffee shop that has moved towards the modern minimalist aesthetic. however, the baristas are still quite friendly and the coffee is decent enough
