Fantastic dinner and service. The manager greeted us and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend for a business dinner.
We celebrated my brother's 50th birthday at The Palm and everyone truly went out of their way to make this a wonderful celebration. We started in the bar and the service and drinks were impeccable. When it was time for our reservation, we moved to the dining area and were greeted by our waiter immediately. Presentation of all of the food was perfect and the taste was even better! We had oysters on the half shell, Filet Oscar, Lobster Gnocchi, and cheesecake. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Highly recommend this restaurant!
We booked last minute and still got in. The food was amazing and so was the service. Thank you for having us!
Food was delicious and well prepared. Waitstaff offered recommendations and readily available to accommodate. Will return frequently in future. Manager very nice gentleman.
From the second we walked through the door we were greeted as if we were family. Me and my girlfriend were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and they made our night feel very special. The servers were very knowledgeable and attentive when it came to us asking about the menu and about specific drinks. The food was unbelievable as always and I still can't stop thinking about their dessert we had the zeppoles and it was the best dessert I've ever had. I love the palm and will continue to dine here.
Dining with customers, I trusted this would be a pleasurable experience for the and it was. The cuisine was delicious, the service impeccable and the atmosphere conducive to great conversation.
Took some customers out for dinner, steak was not cooked the way we asked and overall food quality was good. Great service and nice private booth.
The old menu is back! Great meal... The Veal Parm Chop was Superb! The steaks cooked to perfection!
Nice atmosphere. Drinks were good. Food was was OK. Chicken parmigiana was the best thing-huge portion. The spaghetti was a little hard. Nothing spectacular but, just ok. Filet mignon was also ok-have had better. Chilean sea bass was very fishy and the risotto was salty. Paired together cut out the fishiness of the bass and the saltiness of the risotto. Wagyu pappardelle was a huge portion but again, nothing spectacular. Ordered three sides, but they did not come out with the main courses. Came out approximately 10 minutes later. This place is not for us and we would not come back.

Recently went to Palm for Dinner. Everything was good, expensive, but good. My major complaint was with the Tomahawk steak. The steak was sold as a 33oz. Tomahawk for $129. The issue was that it was more than 11oz. of bone (see photo attached)! This resulted in the meat of only 22 ounces. This is $6 per oz. or $96 per lb. Compared to your Prime boneless ribeye which is $4 per lb. World's most expensive bone! Also, did not like that the meat was served already cut from the bone so really didn't even know if I received the entire 22oz., serving looked way less.

I arrived for lunch at 12:25 at the bar and immediately order the prime New York steak, hashbrowns for the side dish, and glass of tea. As I waited for my order the server/bartender told me that the restaurant was out of hashbrowns. I found this to be odd since I have been to the location for lunch a number of times in the past and never was told that there were no hashbrowns. I then decided to order the potatoes au gratin, which have the same potatoes that are used in the hashbrowns. The problem this day was that it took over one hour and 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Keep in mind that the restaurant and the bar were not busy because the restaurant was about a quarter full of patrons. When my food did arrive, the steak was barely warm and was even slightly cold. The potatoes au gratin arrived not even fully cooked. I informed the bartender, and he just apologized. I eat my meal because I paid close to $100 for this meal. I was not the only one that was upset. A customer came in 10 minutes after I did and came to the bar and order one drink and a sandwich for lunch. He left the bar after waiting for 30 minutes, and told the bartender that he could not wait any longer, and to close out his tab. This should of be a clue for me to leave, but I felt obligated to stay, because I ordered the most expensive item on the lunch menu, and did not to be rude, but I couldn't believe that I waited over 40 more minutes that the customer that left for not be served in a timely manner. This why I gave a one star rating. In addition, the customer that left earlier also stated that this was the second time in two weeks that he had not been served in a timely manner. I got my expensive lunch meal late and cold. Thank you for letting me inform you of my lunch at your restaurant that day.

Incredible meal, I had scallops and they were so amazing. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The lobster bisque is one of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was extremely attentive and treated us well. We had a wonderful time, everyone’s steak was delicious and all enjoyed.
