Excellent food and cocktails. Good wine list too. It was very busy and service was a tiny bit slow but otherwise excellent as always

Got there around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Not a soul in the restaurant. Left around 7, still the only ones there. Had the whole place to ourselves. Was a neat experience. Not sure what this says for the Houston economy though.

Celebrated husbands birthday! The food was absolutely amazing. Patrick, our waiter provided an exceptional service, complete with recommendations on food as well as wine pairing. Fine young man.

Dined at The Palm for my 40th birthday dinner and everything from the second we arrived was perfect: the service provided by the host, our waiter, the food, the atmosphere, and the service from the entire staff was top notch! They were excellent and we had the best experience! Thank you for making my night extra special!

We went there for lunch, though maybe dinner would have been a better choice.
The lobster sandwich was the spiciest I’ve ever had in my life.
The tuna salad was good, and the cheesecake was also very good.
Next time we go, I’ll definitely try their steaks.

Service was absolutely fantastic. From the greeting at the door to the thanks for dining in after the meal, start to finish absolute class for service . The live music was great but for the performance to be in the more casual section of the restaurant near the bar / tv's , it slightly took away from the enjoyment . Food was good, wine was even better .

Went at closing time and they sat us graciously. The lobster was huge and the sides, blue cheese, bread selections and the dark salty pretzel bread mopped up every bit of the lobster bisque.

The evening started off wonderfully, beginning with the expertly prepared pre-dinner cocktails shortly followed by apps, lobster and spot-on steak temperatures. Wine was decanted just ahead of entree service and course timing was handled wonderfully by our server.
I have recently written some less than enthusiastic reviews for other Landry's owned steakhouse concepts but I am extremely pleased to report that The Palm is still The Palm. I can only attribute the variance in quality of food preparation and experience to the individual restaurants management and training. The Palm Houston must have the best team in the city.
