Omg..... I encourage you to try the salmon. The crunch that is on this salmon is amazing. I also had carrots and broccolini. My drink of choice was an old fashioned, it was great. The bartender couldn't smoke it, but it was good.

Thought there would be table service for a restuarant but it's more bar service. Menu prity good though small choice range. A Tuesday night and prity quiet. One main. A beer n desert was $50. Food was good.

No happy hour menu... bummer. The bartender was nice and took care of us with a smile. Restaurant looks nice but menu is very limited.

The first night at the hotel, we came back early to have a drink at the hotel only to find out they closed early. The second night we called ahead to be sure they were still open. They were but .. we had drinks and ordered the TX nachos, declined a protein because the nachos were advertised as with cheese, pico, guac, beans, and poblanos. They came out with zero beans. They were fine, but definitely not as advertised. Service was okay, but it was quite cold. Thermostat was set at 62. The bartender was complaining about the cold but there was no changing of the temp. Thankfully they had the chiefs game on. Wouldn't recommend. They open and close when they feel like it and serve what they want. Definitely not a place you can depend on.

Love their steak. Meat is soft, fresh. Ingredients are so tasty. Drinks are great too.

There is a very off putting bathroom smell immediately upon entering. I came in at 6:30 for the happy hour the website says runs till 7. They informed me no happy hour. I got the nachos for $18. Nachos are my favorite food but these left a lot to be desired. The Pearl wasn't busy, no people in the restaurant and 5 drinking at the bar. The nachos came out cold. The cheese seemed like the type that's powder mixed with water. The guac was good and I liked the tricolor chips. The Karbach was $8 a pint. Would not recommend

Tried to go here but they were closed. Sign was outside advertising the lunch menu and their hours of operation said they should be open. Fail.

Had breakfast after a stay at the hotel. It was average at best.. I ask for game and got 3 slices of Canadian bacon. Coffee was very weak. Won't have breakfast there

Stumbled across this hidden gym after everything being busy on a Sunday. The service from Rafael and Johnny B couldn’t have been any better. Don’t get me start with the Sam Houston Lunch entree. It’s #texasAf!It had bbq burnt ends on side topped with a biscuit and huevo ranchero on the other side.Vegetarian options: It was only 1 no meat option besides saladsWheelchair accessibility: Ground level easily accessible

The Pearl is only open for breakfast, so lunch and dinner come out through bar. I wasn't happy since that wasn't what I was aiming for on a date night, a TV in the background. The food menu is limited but the steak and risotto were both well done. The bartender made the night enjoyable, extremely attentive. We got lucky it was practically empty. On a busy night, I'm sure he wouldn't be able to attend to us as much. Overall if you're looking for a decent place to eat before a night on the town, this is it. If you're looking for upscale date night, this isn't.
