I ordered from Peri Peri and was beyond disgusted by what I found in my food. There was HAIR in it. a lot of it. It completely ruined my meal and made me literally throw up. It’s shocking and incredibly disappointing to have such a careless experience. I’m attaching a photo so you can see for yourself. This level of hygiene is just unacceptable. Will not be ordering from here again. So disappointing!

I’ve been a customer for years since they first opened and shall I say the new staff doesn’t speak English and is above and beyond rude. The lady that was taking my order over the phone called me back and told me since I brought my food over the phone that I have to order when I get there. I got there ordered and she told me I can’t eat my food there if I ordered to go. Never heard of this anywhere. Mind you I’m running late for work. Her manager she said told her this. I ask her where is the manager because I’ve been coming here for years and she brushed it off. I actually just seen the lady in a photo from another review. She made my day bad and I didnt get a chance to eat my food for lunch. It was cold by the time I had the chance. I don’t ever want to spend my money to be treated bad. It’s the picture with the woman with the black baseball cap from the review Hiba Noor and Hadeed Sheikh. I’m shocked others are posting her. Just imagine how many more people. She make you feel like you don’t belong there.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Peri Peri Factory. The staff was rude, unapologetic, and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout my visit. They got my order wrong not once, but twice, and it took them over 30 minutes to finally bring the correct food. When I confronted them about the issue, one of their newly hired employees had the audacity to tell me that I couldn’t tell her what’s wrong or right. This level of arrogance is unacceptable. Peri Peri Factory used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town, but the staff’s poor attitude and declining food quality are completely ruining its reputation. I won’t be coming back.

Respected Owner, I’m extremely disappointed with my experiences at Peri Peri Chicken Factory.Posting the picture of the employee along.For the third time in a row, I received the wrong order. Each time, I hoped it would be different, but it only got worse. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating. I won’t be returning again. We came last week and today around 3 pm. I feel so stupid coming here for the third time. I spent over $200 in two weeks here because i liked it but I am so sorry they’re ruining your brand image and the taste.
UPDATE: THEY BROUGHT MY ORDER WRONG FOR THE SECOND TIME IN THE ROW!!!! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE RUNNING THEIR BRAND RESPECTED OWNER YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS OTHERWISE THEY WILL DOOM YOUR REPUTATION!!!!

One of my best and most visited place in Houston. I love the chicken wings and chicken rice bowl, it’s so much in budget. And everything is affordable. The ambience and the staff are so good.
Aww man what can I say? We had the grilled chicken burger and the patty was rubbery and chewy and dry. The bun tasted artificial and processed. The soda fountain was pouring out flat drinks.
Service and atmosphere were acceptable but the food left a lot to be desired.

I have always loved peri peri. I’m a costumer since 2019. Me and my partner just eat it every once or twice a month. This weekend at the evening of September 27 I ordered some wings and fries on Uber eats and got food poisoning. Started feeling bad around 6 am and it stopped around 9 am after lots of vomiting and upset stomach( which was really bad). My partner wanted to order for his dinner on Saturday night and I told him what happened to me but he thought it wasn’t that bad so he ordered for him. He also started feeling bad on Sunday morning, he couldn’t eat well during the day and couldn’t go to work in the next day. Today, on Tuesday , October 1st at 1 am he is vomiting and having a really bad stomachache.
I’m writing this review to make sure no other customers is getting sick.
As I said before, I have been a customer at peri peri since 2019 and my partner since 2020. That’s the first time it happened to us. I have never had any complaints about this restaurant. The only comum thing we ate was the chicken so I guess it might the one that’s spoiled or something. Please Peri peri stuff, make sure you are providing health food to your customers.
