Kind of a hidden back in an empty parking lot off the feeder road but I saw it on my feed and figured we'd try it next time we were in the area. The food was great, my kids love the "red meat" aka Trompo. I'm usually a green sauce but their red chile sauce was so good and spicy. It out did the green one for sure. The truck was easy to find & both guys were nice, especially the guy taking my order...he was nice enough to bring my food to my car for me.
I got trompo tacos, they were 5 for $10 & I must say they were very flavorful & the meat was tender. They weren't too greasy & both the green & red salsa that came with them were VERY good as well...the red was just the right amount of spicy for me, I would have liked a little more cilantro mixed...
