I was excited to try this place because they’re known for their black pepper smoke flavor, but unfortunately the turkey and pork ribs didn’t really deliver on that. The pork ribs were moist, but the turkey was dry.
The sauces were underwhelming overall, especially the ones at the table. The mac and cheese was the only real standout. The potato salad was average.
Personally, I expected more from the BBQ itself.

I brought out of town guests here on February 12. My 83-year-old aunt is in a wheelchair and it was a challenge maneuvering her chair to a place where we could sit and order and eat. Eduardo to the rescue! I’m not sure if you guys know, but he is a huge asset to this restaurant. My aunt wants to come back and see him next time she’s in town. She did not mention the restaurant name. She wants to see Eduardo...and eat. Lol. Yes the food was very good!
