This place is amazing - love all the staff - love the food - went with 70 friends and we packed the place and all of us had an amazing experience. No one hurried us away... The kids were able to play... Spoke to one of the owners and just such a easy going guy. Next time I need a spot to hang out at this will be it ;)

Edit: third time I visited, the brisket was dry. I went back and swapped it out and a bit better, but still tasted off. I think I need to learn which side is the point and specifically watch them. Even then, I’m not sure if it’s the dryness or the quality, but the brisket tasted like regular brisket from anywhere. I came around the same time of day too. I need to do more experimenting.
This is the 6th BBQ place I’ve tried around Houston and this is the best.
The brisket is soooo fatty and juicy. The flavors go all the way to the center. The bark and seasonings are perfect. Every bite is amazing.
I’ve brought friends who don’t like BBQ and this place changed their minds.

First time at this location as we usually went to the one in Montrose since it’s closer to home. Ordered a 3 meat dinner combo for my son, but the portion we got was horrible compared to what we normally get at the montrose location. It’s definitely not worth the $30. My son ordered brisket, turkey and chicken. He got 3 thin slices of brisket and 3 for the turkey…..I guess the only reasonable portion we got was the chicken since it comes standard size as it’s either half or quarter as I couldn’t tell.
I just feel like there’s no quality control on these portions. We went there around 4pm and I guess maybe it’s not dinner time and the employees were all “on break”. The guy that cut our meat definitely not welcoming us as it seems like we ruined his break time.
Definitely not coming back to this location again even though the place is lot nicer than the one in Montrose.

This was my first time trying this place since I live in the neighborhood. The food was delicious and enjoyed the customer service when I arrived to pick up my order. There are a few things I noted about my experience that resulted in me giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They did not provide any napkins, plastic utensils with my to go order and lastly, I did not receive any chopped onions, pickles, etc with the food which usually when I eat at BBQ places, this is standard with the plates. Overall, I enjoyed the food and highly recommend their Pull Pork Sandwich and the queso and chips were amazing!

First time visit. Not sure what to order but ordered one of each type of bbq tacos. That was a good decision.
Have eaten here twice. One day the brisket was 10/10. The other 6/10. One day I got shorted on my 1/2 lb brisket I paid for. I wasn’t paying attention. I didn’t want to complain in front of the people I was eating with. So I let it go. The next time the cashier shorted me $10 in change. She walked away and started working on something else. I called her back. She did not protest about giving me the other $10. On my way out I heard a guy at a table say to his friend you have to pay attention here because they will short you on brisket. I stopped and talked to him about my experience. He agreed. If you eat here you should pay attention.
Went back today, Sunday. I can’t recall a bbq joint so inconsistent they can serve you brisket anywhere from 10/10 to 5/10. Today was a 5. I wonder if they are serving reheated brisket from the week on the weekends. I won’t be back on a weekend.
