The first time I ordered for delivery they forgot our wings. The manager was nice enough to give us a credit. The last time I ordered both my pizzas were a mess you couldn't even tell the slices apart. It looked as if they had been dropped sideways and to make matters worse they were cold. I called that night and was told that I would be contacted by a manager within 5 minutes but it didn't happen. I've called several times and each time was told that the manager would call as soon as possible but it never happened. I was so disappointed and beyond sad that I had to feed my family pizza that looked like it came from the side of the road. It's ridiculous that I paid money to these people and they treat me like this. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere since Pizza Hut is too good to talk to their loyal costumes.
