This place is so neat! We enjoyed the food and the workers are so chill. I would 100% recommend this place! Definitely will come back next time we are in town. And thank you especially to the guy who helped us! Didn’t get his name but we were the first customers of the day and he was really nice! We didn’t have any issues with the parking but we were the only customers there at the time since we got there right when they opened at 11am. I also liked how they had anime playing on one of the TVs so you can enjoy watching while you eat.

I don’t get the hype of this restaurant!!🚩🚩🚩 We ordered maybe 2-3 times here , not sure what happened with this place! Be careful ordering from uber eats! WE ORDERED Lo mein, & fried rice 45 minutes before close time! Doesn’t matter what time they should honor their patrons/customers! (We pay for it) greasy noodles literally dripping out the box and poorly packaged! Please do better for customers!

The food was good. The quantities were large. I got the rice with added shrimp. There were maybe 4 shrimp in the whole big box. There wasn't a lot of seating. They were very busy with takeout orders.

I ordered kingpin pao chicken. Tasted like a mix between hungover pao and sweet and sour chicken. Rice was dry. Had to just been sitting under the heat lamp all day
The prices online need to be modified to match what a customer is being charged. I was told the online prices were added 4 years ago. Management needs to rectify this issue.

We decided to try The Rice Box for the first time on Sunday, December 22 after receiving some marketing in the mail. We placed our order, and the cashier told us we could sit inside or outside and that he would bring the food to us. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing others get their food, we asked a runner to check on our order, but he ignored our request.
When we went to the counter to ask about our food, the same cashier told us it was at the line, but it turned out to be for another table. We stood there as they were trying to find our food, and the cashiers finally found our food and said our food was packed to go. We didn’t order to go - we ordered dine in. At that point, we told him we no longer wanted the food as it had been sitting there for a long time and asked for a refund. The cashier seemed annoyed and pointed out that the food was right there. He didn’t seem to understand why we didn’t want the food. The runner processed the refund and when we asked for a receipt, he gave us a ticket that was attached to the line with refund written on it in black marker. Clutch, the manager, and the runner told us that they will process the refund in the morning and that I would take about 3 business days to go back into the account. We didn’t get the refund, so they kept the $40.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service and the cashier’s attitude was poor, and there seemed to be a lack of communication and organization. We won't be coming back.
