We had an Uber Eats order that was missing items and Rice Box did nothing to resolve it except to blame the Uber driver. We won’t be ordering from them again.

I love the rice and the cute little boxes they come in. Services more than adequate and pleasant. The atmosphere is just as good. Or my problem lies is the parking and it does seem to take a good minute for your food to arrive while you have this wonderful aroma around you. Maybe the aroma is making me prejudice. And I do not know the ins and outs of the operation. What I do know is that the food and establishment is good enough for a return

I think it’s so ridiculous that you can’t get half sauce or not even no sauce at all on an orange beef. This is so ridiculous. Everyone keeps saying that this is the owner’s decision. He definitely needs to change his mind. Lost my business.

My absolute favorite Chinese food! I love the vibe and how it's unique. The employees here are friendly and really chill. I always get the general tso and fried rice and it's literally the absolute best ever! Always hot and fresh and full of flavor! The only complaint is have is that the bathroom never is clean and it never flushes.

Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was so good I'm making it a regular pit stop. Now to 2026- food is still good but staff is rude, worried only about themselves laughing and cutting up. No more opening your box up now it plastic to go if you eat there or not. Very disappointed.

We got the chicken lo mien curry & the curry shrimp fried rice 😍 , I ask for extra spicy & it’s just so amazing 😍 I loveee itttt I come visit at least once a week, but can eat it more than once a week .. the staff is really nice & they bring your food out to your vehicle so nice💙
