To say I was impressed was an understatement. Excellent food with even better service. Amanda was our server and was OUTSTANDING. Our drinks were never empty and she was attentive the whole time. She gave great recommendations and the food was phenomenal. The ambiance was great and I will definitely be returning. Ask for Amanda and you will not be disappointed!

ABSOLUTELY BEWARE. I took 3 clients (4 in total) there on Tuesday 12/16. Everything was good and our waitress was great. I got the bill added my tip and we left. Yesterday I realized that they added a 15% service charge without telling me and I added a 20% tip on top of that. I have written them a letter and sent a reminder and no response at all. Oh and the phone number on line doesn’t work. Absolutely unacceptable to add this to a party of 4 and not say a word about it. I will Never go back. It’s not that good and there are plenty of other restaurants and it’s not that good.

The food was fantastic and the waitress was excellent. It's a shame that the greed of ownership adds a surprise 15% surcharge to every bill. I ordered precisely what my corporate card would cover, plus tip. When the bill came, the owner got the surcharge and I no longer had any daily allowance left for the waitress. Disgusting business practice. Will not be back.

Had it not been for mgr Kenny this review would score negative zero. Thnx to server alicia I didn’t have the experience I’m accustomed to in sugarland . She was very defensive short & impatient . She also interrupted as I gave my order. She refused to CPR (check Back prebus refill)if I wanted more water & my cup was 1/3rd full. I didn’t see any language barrier . Whether a ticket is over $600 or $60, every customer interaction matters. Alicia didn’t work for her tip. We had empty plates all over thru out our Svc until the mgr returned .

We came for brunch after walking around the mall. The seafood gumbo was delicious and the pork ribeye and fried chicken and they were good as well. The service was impeccable and a good atmosphere. I recommend it!

this was my first time visiting the rouxpour & it was great. i'm from Louisiana so i'm honored to say the food tasted amazing, it had flavor, it was seasoned perfectly! the drinks were amazing as well, our server was nice & attentive. he kept checking on us & clearing our table. the only thing that took me by surprise was the $40 added gratuity & we were a table of 4. but besides that everything was great!

Victoria was my server. 10:10 recommend. The service was immaculate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made excellent suggestions and ensured the visit I had was stellar. The food was good. It wasn’t bad and I’d definitely go back. Lighter on the seasoning for a Cajun place.
The Gouda sauce is delicious it comes with more of a “garnish” of sausage and crawfish but it’s really good. I loved the blacked chicken And the broccolini was so freaking delicious!! Not many sides but notable classics.
It’ weird there’s no balsamic with a classic wedge but I’ll give it a try next time.
Jessica took over once my server left and she was also great basically the service never changed. They have their own personality and quirks but it never felt like a transition if that helps.
Julian and sheesh can’t remember the other bartender did amazing. My drink had a sub of repo but it was delicious. The old fashions rocked although my company got the incorrect drink the second time (it wasn’t a bad drink).
Overall … The ambiance is beautiful as is the entire restaurant. Plenty of parking. I loved how diverse it was.
Any subs on dishes and drinks you’re unable to return whether you like it or not so keep that in mind. Your server should be able to give you great suggestions though.
Lastly, Samantha the manager!!! I loved her as much as I loved my servers. Amazing service. The staff are beyond personable and they make the entire experience. Make this a stop. You’ll love it. Perfect for a night with girls, your guys, work, dates, etc. all of these dynamics were seen including solo visits.
