Terrible service, left without getting our food. We were seated at 1250, took until 130 to get only water, had to leave at 145 without getting food as had to be somewhere by 2, manager and server could have cared less. Another table did the same

My first time coming to the Rustic. We came in on a Saturday night, where there was a concert being held. And the music was extremely loud. It was so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself talk. We notice people weren’t getting their food. We noticed the waitress and waiters was not bringing out orders, instead they were walking back and forth. The waitress was not friendly nor attentive to our table and she got our order mixed up. It took 40 minutes before receiving our sodas and water. When we wanted to talk to the waitress and ask a questions, she took off real fast.

As I am writing this I am sitting down at the booth very disappointed. When we first came they sat us at a tight spot...there is eight of us in the party. We ask to sit in the booth that was literally two steps away and they said there were no servers for that table. After some time they sat us at the booth. When the food came out it was wrong. We ordered fries but when the food came out there were chips the waiters said that they were out of fries. Then I tried to order a drink however they were out of the products in the drink too. Then we had dessert and when the waitress brought it out she said they were out of spoons. It's not even busy here and looking into the kitchen they are just standing around. We had to get our own forks for our dessert from another table.

Amazing food, fun atmosphere, live music. We had the make em yourself brisket tacos and the banana pudding. Watch out for the desserts We split ours 3 ways and had plenty.
