I’m giving 3 stars because, honestly, the food is really good. I always get the chicken burrito—it’s literally one of my favorite items—along with queso and chips. Delicious every time.
However, the customer service at this location has been disappointing, especially compared to my visit yesterday. I ordered online both days, so all I needed to do was pick up my order at the window.
Yesterday, the guy who handed me my food didn’t greet me—no big deal—but he also didn’t say thank you, have a nice day, or anything. I asked for sauce, and instead of grabbing it, he just pointed toward the door and closed the window. That was… wow. Okay, “thanks!”
I came back today because, again, the food is that good. But now I see why maybe I shouldn’t have. I stood at the pickup window for nearly two minutes—seriously—with no acknowledgment. A lady came to the window, started preparing orders right in front of me, but didn’t say a word. She looked at the screen, bagged items, and ignored me completely. Then another employee came up and talked to her, also without offering any help.
If this is how the establishment is going to operate, I won’t be back. The food is great, but I’d rather spend my money somewhere I’m actually acknowledged when I’m standing right in front of you. Third time won’t be a charm for me.

I used to love to get a breakfast taco from here each morning. Unfortunately, the last 4 times have been unpleasant.
1. The sausage on the sausage & egg taco was so burnt that it wasn't edible. This happened three times in a row. 2. This morning, while waiting for my order, I saw the cook wiping his nose three times through the service window. While he was preparing the food. That is nasty knowing you are handling food.

I come here a lot because it’s near my house and a super solid choice when you need a last minute hangover breakfast or affordable meal. The drive through is nice to have but it is literally always SO SLOW. Don’t know what they’re doing back there.

Today was not a good experience there. I’ve gone to the taco stand for years and never expected one of the Managers to be mean to little children and on top of that, when he was confronted he clearly walked away as I was talking and ran to the back. My children who are very young had water cups and as kids will be kids-when I went to get their food that I ordered,they ran to get sprite in their cup. The manager then told them something and took the entire machine OFF and when I asked him what happened he did not tell the truth on cutting off the machine after confronting the Children instead of their parent (me) who went to the window to grab the food. As I was confronting to the situation trying to get an understanding on why was the machine off i so that i can fill the cup that I purchased for my brothers gf,the other worker turned the key to put the machine back on (that the manager denied taking off) in front of my face. This was totally unacceptable and not handled well. I’ve spent so much money with this company that everyone even knows who I am when I come to the job for this small understanding to turn into a bad experience when I could have just been told what was going on and purchased my children a store cup rather than my children being told something as my buzzer went off and I was grabbing our food.

Food was okay- our order was messed up but went with it. Got 3x tacos, 2x margs, and 2x birria came out like $78 after tip which is insane to me. Wish we would have kept our receipt to verify everything. Price is way too high for the quality of food. The sauce options were great you could pick your own but that’s about it. Reward system is also good- better seems to purchase via the app. Also said we would get $5 off if we downloaded the app but we were unable to because the person checking us out didn’t know about the deal when it was on the counter. Overall wasn’t impressed. Probably will just go back to utilize the rest of the credits but that’s it. Frozen Margs were good.

July 2025 now its ZERO STARS for you!! Ya burned my lengua quesadilla n served it to me anyways. WT...??? Why like i wouldnt taste it? Couldnt eat it because it was rock hard n charred. Look at the pictures. FIRE the guy at the grill HE SUCKS! He knew he burnt it but he didnt care. I dont believe in this place anymore. NEVER GOING BACK YOU GUYS JUST DONT CARE... rather give my hard earned money to anyone else. This is not my first rodeo with their poor work ethics... Read on... 2024 Why oh why dont you look at the order? Twice we have gone here and my friend doesnt want pico on her tacos but you dont listen and dont care. We get back and she opens it up and pico in all her tacos. I enjoy your tacos but your disregard for your customers allergies .... really... ya need to do better.

Service was friendly, tacos were DELICIOUS (great flour tortillas), and the atmosphere was excellent for us, on account of the cutesy space and take me back to the 90s Tejano jams playing. Can't wait to return to try out lunch or dinner options!
