What I appreciate about this franchise location is that they did what I asked for with a blended drink even if it wasn’t on the menu but is the same flavor as the milk tea but just thrown in a blender with ice. Other locations near my home in the Heights (depending on who is making the drinks) would say that they can’t or don’t know how to make it. Their snacks like the yucca fries, popcorn chicken, and eggrolls are great—recommend them 100%.

we’ve been coming for years and we always enjoy a mango cream blend, some popcorn chicken and squid balls. the popcorn is tender, juicy and flavorful.
Tbh I’ve never had a bad experience here, drinks are always yummy and so are the snacks they offer! I also never knew about the drink policy! If you don’t like your drink & it’s HALF FULL (50%) you can exchange it for something else! I was going to buy a new drink and the worker explained the policy to me which is really cool! But please do not abuse that policy! Other than that, it’s a cool stop for tea!
