Nice place to visit, chat with a friend. First time at this location. Nice, quiet. Others came to play games. Family friendly. These drinks are custom to this location.

Convenient location for me on the way to my in laws. Often not busy, so drinks never take long. The boba is always made well which is consistent across their other locations as well!Great drink, good prices.

Unfortunately this place has really let me down on so many levels. To be completely fair I gave them an average one star when they actually deserve 0. I ordered a two basic tora boba teas. They said there was no boba which is completely fine, it’s no problem. People run out of things. I waited and it came at a slow rate which was a bit odd. I did notice the service workers weren’t doing much and were not doing their job. Making scrolling on phones their main priority. Eventually after 17 minutes, I received my teas and gave it one sip. There was absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It was unbearably disgusting. It was mostly made up of ice and it tasted quite revolting. I paid $7.00 per tea which was $14.00 and I gave them a tip before knowing the tea would taste like literal feces. The second tea I saved, I threw away knowing what it was going to taste like. Absolutely sickening. These prices are not reasonable. At all. I went somewhere else. I paid $2 and it tasted like mere perfection. I would never recommend this place, ever. I advise you extremely, to not come here. However if you want to empty your wallet with unreasonable prices and have some abominable tea. This is the specific place for that.

Worst Thai tea I’ve ever had. It just tasted like water. When we told the workers, they said this is how they normally make it so even if they remade it it would've still suck. I've been to other teahouses and this is not now it normally tastes and it's not how thai tea is supposed to taste.

I had ordered a Vanilla Cappuccino Pistachio and liked. It was very quiet and sat in for a while. I guess it was the employees there telling them where I was. They need to probably NOT do that because all the white b*s come out when I'm that area. Not just in that area.(Dec. 31)

Teajouse in general is good. This specific tea house is not. The workers too forever to even take an order the shop was out of tapioca entirely at 2pm. I ordered anyway which was a mistake. The drink took forever to come out and was half the size it should have been bc they are penny pinching. I asked for a regular with no ice and instead they gave me my tea in one of the split cups saying it's the same amount of tea just in a smaller cup. No other tea house does this. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Tapioca pearls don’t taste fresh and was a waste of two very expensive $7 drinks plus a $3 tip to a not so helpful young cashier. Should have checked the low reviews :/I’m so disappointed typing this review because I came to this teahouse after years of visiting the Westheimer location in Houston. Was expecting the quality to be the same, it was not.I’ve recently returned from living in Asia for a year and a half and was excited to try boba again in the states..The tapioca here was very hard. Like a popping hard chew, instead of jelly-like, the way it usually is. I understand this is not Asia but I have had very good quality boba at different teahouse locations in Houston. We let the manager or older man know and were just told that this was the way they are because they make so much of it.He was pleasant but didn’t offer to refund our drinks, which were not very delicious either, just okay. After a while of seeing us not being able to enjoy our drinks, refund us .75 cents for the tapioca of one drink.Perhaps this was an off day, or perhaps this location’s tapioca is just like this, but having made tapioca at home before we know that this happens when tapioca is left out and is not fresh :/ Again, there is a different location with better quality drinks only 5 mins away.To the owner of this location, I just hope you can take these experiences into account and make it better. Perhaps smaller batches of tapioca could do the trick!

Great spot for bubble tea. They have a nice selection of teas and toppings. I like the fact that we can control the amount of sugar in most of the drinks. They also have a delicious coconut hot green tea (I'm forgetting the exact name) but it's so creamy and delicious. They also have card games and board games to enjoy. Overall great tea spot ?

Very friendly staff and a good selection of beverages. We stopped in after paying a visit to the Harris county election administrator office because we're concerned about the election fraud being perpetrated by the democrats in Harris county and so we were requesting copies of ballots from the 2020 presidential election in the spirit of transparency which was an opinion released by the state attorney general Ken Paxton. You have fight to keep our freedom and prevent the democrats from turning our country communist like they have planned. It was a good meeting and so we wanted a nice refreshing boba drink on the way home. They have a few armchairs up front as well as tables for indoor dining. I've been to a few other boba shops where there were minimal furniture inside which I guess they didn't want people to linger and enjoy their purchase so fortunately this place isn't one of those. We placed our orders at the counter and I ordered the banana smoothie because I didn't feel like a powder drink and the order taker said they used real banana. My buddy ordered a red bean smoothie. It took a few minutes to receive our orders but after receiving and tasting mine, I felt like there wasn't enough banana flavoring and it just tasted a little bit too icey. My buddy also felt the same about his red bean smoothie and then he saw a small note on the beverage saying they'd replace an order if you only drank half and weren't satisfied with it so he ordered a different smoothie. It was better but still not as good as others we'd had. The boba was a little hard in the center too and not as soft and chewy as I like it. It's a decent shop but I'd probably skip coming back and just go to another boba shop in the future.

My bf and I drive all the way from channelview to get the pistachio cream tea here. People here are very nice and the teas are so good. Please never get rid of the pistachio cream tea, we will cry.

They left an entire black tea bag in our drink… Now, its too bitter. We werent able to enjoy our drink ? Is this new? They put the entire bag inside your drink? Tried so many places and different franchise. It wasnt like this…
