The food I had was good however, I do have some constructive criticism. I wish they dedicated one day (or a certain time of the day where there is no loud music). Music was way too loud & we went at 12:00pm. We could barely hear our server & I couldn’t hear myself talking to my significant other or enjoying my food. Had the oxtail sliders & mac and cheese and they were great! Servers checked on us frequently to make sure we were good. Had great music playing while we watched the football games. Definitely would go back!
I got the fried Catfish and fried Shrimp which were good and seasoned well. I also got the waffle burger which I ordered to be cooked medium. Instead I got a hunk of well, well done dry meat that was as much as 2 inches thick in the middle. The waffle burger would have been better even if cooked well done if the cook had flatten the meat out as they cooked it. I was disappointed and expect quality and consistency from a signature dish. I will be back and hope for improvement.
