This time we got the brunch special of Korean BBQ salmon instead of my go-to lamb chops. The food was delicious and our waiter was tremendous. He made recommendations and was so personable and upbeat. The manager checked on us twice and gave us BOGO cards for the next visit. The beignets for dessert were a real treat; they were lighter than the originals at Cafe du Monde.

Great experience here but I really miss the past Manager Ralph as he was truly the reason we really enjoyed our visits at the restaurant. He was so personable, treated customers like family & established a relationship with our community.

Yet again they messed up our orders. Forgot my food, wrong food for my wife, and messed up our kids order.
Food quality was not good
And then to top it off they messed up our bill.
I guess there is a reason they always have tables and space. Basically the only positive of this restaurant.

My wife and I went last night for Valentine's Day. The staff was super friendly. The food was so flavorful. Our waiter was amazing. The host and the manager were both wearing smiles the entire time we felt like we were at home. The food was definitely a 10 out of 10 if I can read it it would be a 15 out of 10. I will definitely be back very soon in the other location is my first location, but was the greatest experience ever.

Amazing ambiance, outstanding staff and priced just right for such a nice evening dinner. Only complaint was that the food was not as hot as I'd prefer it - vegetables were cold and steak was not room temperature. That happens on a busy night like Valentine's day. No other complaints, really, it was an amazing place to eat and will be back again soon.

Why do restaurants think they can accept payment for an order from UberEats and then not fulfill the order. I placed on order for a bowl of seasonal soup, chicken pasta, and conn salad thru UberEats. I even called the restaurant to find out what type of soup they had. Union Kitchen somehow decides to send only the salad with no communication and keeps the entire payment. What makes you think this is OK? And when I call the restaurant after confirming with the driver that he was only given the salad, they don’t answer the phone. It’s ridiculous that these establishments think they can simply take our hard earned money with no accountability. Do better Union Kitchen. This is truly unacceptable business.

The waitress Michelle and the manager were absolutely amazing but the food lacked so much flavor… the pasta with the shrimp and crab was absolutely disgusting I just couldn’t understand how you could mess up Alfredo sauce so bad and the seafood was so fishy tasting with no seasoning to balance it out, the banana sauce on the french toast tasted like watered down banana baby food, and even the short rib ravioli was not flavored well… this restaurant severely lacks when it comes to the flavor of food I was shocked because it looks so good

There was no sparkling water in it so it was just flat water with a little juice not sure which one but sent it back three times finally settled for ice tea. There menu items have changed, back in April I used to get this fried three cheese ravioli in a Rose or Pomodoro sauce that was amazing and that's gone off the menu, you should bring it back.
