On 5/9/24 vegan cube food truck was at NASA Gilruth Center. I ordered the quesadilla and sweet potato fries. It was delicious. My carnivore sons ate it too and thought it was meat!
I’m a proud carnivore. I hunt and fish and process my own meat whenever possible. That will never change; however, the burger I had today tasted delicious. For some reason I always thought vegan food would taste like dirt, but that is definitely not the case. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this place!

Working at JSC and love getting to try different food options. I've been enjoying the Ube Pancakes for a few visits. I'll try more of the lunch menu. But as for breakfast, its been a great start to my work days.
