Working at JSC and love getting to try different food options. I've been enjoying the Ube Pancakes for a few visits. I'll try more of the lunch menu. But as for breakfast, its been a great start to my work days.

On 5/9/24 vegan cube food truck was at NASA Gilruth Center. I ordered the quesadilla and sweet potato fries. It was delicious. My carnivore sons ate it too and thought it was meat!

I’m a proud carnivore. I hunt and fish and process my own meat whenever possible. That will never change; however, the burger I had today tasted delicious. For some reason I always thought vegan food would taste like dirt, but that is definitely not the case. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this place!

I'd have to be a judge on Chopped to have a critique on that vegan burger (RIP). Everything was good and seasoned to perfection and the vegan patty had a great texture and the cheese tasted like cheese. I'm not vegan but it's the best vegan burger I've had
