My boyfriend and I dined at the Derby location tonight and it was amazing! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was very kind and helpful. We will be back!

Ordered online from a recommendations tab on uber eats. Ordered two chicken tender meal and the chicken tenders didnāt have a lot of flavor or even crunch to them. The fries arenāt half bad but they barely gave me any. I would not recommend this place since there are better options and cheaper ones.

I ordered thunder fries and it was disappointing when I open the to go box. Letās start by saying the fries had no sauce. Not enough chicken and it was cold. You could tell it was an old order. The fries were hard not crispy. The quality is going down for sure. On top of that the service was awful. When I went in I stood at the pick up area because I order online. A girl was there talking to a guy about I donāt know what and after she was done with him she left perfectly knowing I was there waiting. Management definitely needs to get involved and improve the service and food.

I've been wanting to try the waffle bus since it was a food truck but I never got around to it. Love to see houston businesses thriving!
With that being said, the food is great! Came with my family, so it ended up being a little pricey, especially since drinks and sides are mostly sold separately.
I accidentally ordered the spicy chicken and currently think I might die. Everything is fresh and delicious though!

Weāve had a previous good experience with food quality, but today everything was off. We got two orders of thunder fries and one of the orders did not come with enough chicken. They did fix the issue and added more chicken, but when it came out the second time around, the chicken was chewy and nasty. We appreciate the guy in the front helping us, but the food quality was not it.

Food truck in atascocita at porkys. Messed up my order and didn't get anything to eat, but my kids did. 2 sandwiches with fries for 29 dollars...Horrible customer service, bland small chicken, bland small waffle, didn't acknowledge that he messed up my order. Not going to ever try to order from here again. Way better food elsewhere at porkys.

The waffles are actually pretty good! Pleasantly surprised. $40 for a t-shirt and $45 for a long sleeve is a bit excessive for somebody walking around advertising your store...

I ordered a chicken sandwich and wings, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It was clear the chicken had already been pre-cooked and was simply dropped back into oil when I placed my order. I wondered when was the last time they changed that oil. The chicken was extremely greasy and you could not enjoy any flavor. As a result, both the sandwich and wings were incredibly dry and overcooked, with a burned taste that overpowered everything else. I was expecting fresh, flavorful food, but this fell far short of that. I wouldnāt recommend this place if youāre looking for quality or care in preparation. Give your self a favor and donāt go here. Wonāt be back.
The first time I went to The Waffle Bus, it was absolutely incredible! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and deliciousāI couldnāt stop raving about it. So, when I recently passed by again, I was excited to grab lunch and relive that amazing experience.
Unfortunately, this time, the food didnāt quite live up to my expectations. My heart was honestly broken because I had such high hopes after loving it so much the first time. That said, I have to give major kudos to their customer serviceāit was incredible! Iām pretty sure the manager was working that day, and he was amazing. He was so kind and attentive, and although we didnāt say anything about our experience and just went about our day, Iām confident that if we had, he wouldāve gone out of his way to make things right.
The environment is still fun and clean, and I really hope this was just an off day because I want to love this place again like I did during my first visit!

I was dinning in and my order for two was given to a different party. I saw the couple with my order and it sat in front of them for a few minutes. When I spoke to one of the workers, she said they were going to make me a new order. But I am positive I didn't get a new order. The supposedly new order wasn't hot and it was brought out in about 5 minutes after I spoke to the worker.

We dined at Waffle Bus in Derby, KS and the place was packed and the line moved quick. Service was great and food was delicious. We ordered so much food and the workers came by periodically to help us clear our table of items we were finished with. Great experience! And great food!

Well we tried the Waffle Bus in Derby Ks tonight - Ordered a regular chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, an order of coleslaw, and an order of waffle fries with 2 drinks. Didn't get the coleslaw and the waffle fries were very tough and chewy. They don't take cash and then charged us to use a card. It was a little over $30.00

Such a cute little place, the food was a lot to take in the menu is overwhelming in a fun way but overall we had a nice time woke up very gassy lol so beware itās coming and most of the ladies had a language barrier but we figured it out!
