I was just aware that this well known restaurant (previously Tien An) is back! It was closed during pandemic and I missed it so much. I love everything here, from the drinks to the egg rolls to the vermicelli and, of course, the pho!

Very clean and down to earth and Not overly hip or trendy with decor. Pho was great and my new-to-Viet-food friend loved it. Waiter left me alone mostly the way I like, and I felt very welcomed and cared for with the interactions. Menu is short and sweet also, no fru fru or 100 items.

They have a couple vegetarian options. Their vermicelli bowls were very good.I went during lunch and they took significantly longer to bring my bowl after my coworkers were served. I had to take half of my order to go.Pretty good menu. Sandwiches are sold at a good price.

Love this place so much but please bring your Bún riêu back! I really enjoyed it but you changed your menu and removed it. Everything here is amazing.
My review is only for the phở đặc biệt (House special beef noodle). Meat portion is pathetically meager (meager for both cheap beef cut and $$ beef cut). Bò viên (meatball) only 1 meat ball that is chopped up into 4 pieces. Broth (most important for any phở connoisseur) is blend with practically no beef (bone) flavor and no essence of phở. The verdict: I "mught" return for other menu items but I will not return for phở.

I tried this place trusting the 4.5 star reviews. I've been looking for a place that has good Bahn Mi sandwiches. I ordered the shredded chicken Bahn Mi and the Vietnamese eggrolls. The shredded chicken Bahn Mi was so dry. I had to force myself to eat it, only because I don't like to throw away food. The eggrolls were good ??Please do better with the shredded chicken Bahn Mi. The chicken is too dry and has no flavor. This review is not to be negative towards the restaurant I'm just giving my honest opinion from my experience.
Best place to get pho in Houston. I highly suggest you eat half of your pho without adding any sauce to really appreciate what they got here. Then you can put in whatever you want for the other half. Absolutely delicious.

So this place is no longer the same place it was a few months ago. The business has been bought by a new owner(s) and they have reduced the menu to most of the run-of-the-mill Vietnamese restaurant's menu; no longer do they have the items that makes this place unique, interesting, providing a unique food experience. The food is ok now, now as good as before. The only item left that kept the place interesting is the crepe but that's not enough to drive out of your way to get it. Even with the reduced menu, some items were not available when we ordered them. Hopefully in time, they will up the food quality with the items they have; most likely not going back because most of the items I ate there are no longer on the menu.
Nice place to grab a quick bite for lunch. I usually go for the Vietnamese grilled beef sandwich (banh mi thit bo), or grilled pork rice plate (com thit nuong). The Vietnamese crepe (banh xeo) is the best in town.

Huge Vietnamese crepe, the biggest I've ever seen and it tasted very good. Lots of fresh vegetables and pickled carrots came with it, all for $12.50. Pretty good. We also had the duck and vermicelli noodle soup. Service was decent.
There's a reason they're super busy...it's super authentic. Spring rolls are wrapped with rice paper rather than flour that's often substituted in other Vietnamese places
Tasty good food, with a great selection of interesting Vietnamese cuisine.
