Today we came to III for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and we had high expectations, from the moment we walked in we noticed the beautiful atmosphere and decoration! All the staff was very friendly and attentive! our server Maria was Amazing! We loved every single dish we had! The sea bass and filet mignon were on point! Thanks again for the great experience. We will be back for sure.

The best hidden gem in Houston! As a native Houstonian hats off to Chef Puck for opening a restaurant with 5 star service and excellent food without the extra hoopla that has been happening here lately in Houston. A beautiful dining experience!

OMG! Made the reservation on a Wednesday because I was in the ‘hood and didn't want to Uber too far to meet my husband for a quick dinner... boy, were we in for an awesome surprise. To begin with, the food was heavenly! We chose the Houston Restaurant Week menu (my hubby had the stake and I had fish) and every.single.thing.on.that.menu.was.AMAZING! FLAVORFUL! and outright perfect. The server, Mariya, was attentive but not too overwhelming; Tommy (in training?) kept an eye on our table but from afar; and even the Chef stopped by our table to say “Hi!” We highly recommend it the restaurant. It's a bit hidden but worth the find.

For a fancy restaurant that charges $65 for brunch (without bottomless mimosas) it was disappointing to say the least. Tables were not decorated at all (only a white cloth) and the buffet had almost no lunch items. You pay $65 to eat eggs and bacon, basically. The cheese table was very poor and it was constantly empty for dozens of minutes at a time. The serves would rarely refill the cheeses. It was definitely not what I expected for a Mother's Day Brunch.

Valentine's Day . The ambiance was fantastic. However the service was slow. Which was surprising because we were a late reservation. There was a decent amount of folk there but not the rush of a dinner crowd for this particular day. The main course was good, the dessert not so much.

Went here for Valentine's Day dinner. Service was great. Restaurant is large enough the tables were well spaced and we did not feel like we were on top of the next guest. The harp playing was a nice touch. They did not rush us and the food was good as with every Wolfgang Puck location. We will go again.

I've eaten at 1000's of high end restaurants around the world and the service we received from our waiter was one of the worst ever. Our waiter was so glum and unwelcoming he ruined the evening for us. Remember this restaurant is in a cancer center area and the people serving cancer patients should at a minimum have some personality and compassion. This man had neither. When we tried to order wine, the first two wines we ordered were unavailable. When asked what wines he did have in stock his reply was “I'm not in charge of the wines”. Then he and the staff attempted to track down the third wine while we waited an additional 10 minutes for it. When we asked him why the Gem Salad we received did not actually have any Gem Lettuce in it, his reply as no one had ever asked him that before and he walked away. The salad was made of Romaine Lettuce. When we asked for cheese on top of the pasta bolognese he asked what kind of cheese like he had never been asked to add Parmesan cheese. Adding cheese table side is standard in most high end restaurants for pasta dishes. He also seemed incredibly put out to have to do it. From start to finish he was an absolute joke. He never once apologized for any missteps or asked how he could make out time better. Although the restaurant had virtually no one dining in it we received extremely slow and inattentive service. Add to this the fact that food was just okay overall and you get a restaurant that should be avoided. The Gem Lettuce Salad was mislabeled as Gem Lettuce and there was none. The pasta bolognese was bland. Our other diners were also unimpressed with their dishes. Wolfgang Puck should be embarrassed with this new restaurant. It lacks the standard of other Wolfgang Puck restaurants and at the rate it is going won't last too long without a major intervention.

We had a fantastic experience from entering the restaurant to the last bite. Very nice HRW dinner and chat with the chef who visited our table. Great drinks, meal and service and already looking forward to out next visit.

This is one the of the very few upscale restaurants that is actually within the The Texas Medical Center and, to me at least, that is it's chief benefit. We found the food (a shared order of calamari, seafood risotto, pork schnitzel) to be at best, adequate. The service was good. Ambiance is that of a corporate dining room. I would recommend it only for the location.

My expectations were beyond exceeded! I mentioned it was our anniversary and the hostess seated us at the perfect table with a beautiful view. The kitchen also sent us a dessert with a message wishing us a happy anniversary in white chocolate. The food was delicious! Originally went for Houston Restaurant Week, but ended up ordering off the regular menu because of the options. Great mocktail menu as well. I'll definitely be coming back here again. The staff really treated us like royalty!

We had a group of 5 of us for dinner and could easily make a reservation. The food was excellent and the service was truly exceptional. This was the best service I've had in a long time and my fish was cooked perfectly (which I'm quite particular about)! Multiple employees really went out of their way to ensure we had a great meal, including remaking my child's meal to his finicky expectations. The ambiance is actually really nice, despite the odd location in the hospital district. I look forward to going again on my visits to Houston.

One were one of two customers in the whole restaurant on a Thursday night. It was very odd. The food was expensive and not great despite the server hyping it up. I wouldn't eat here again.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The chicken was the best that I can remember. It was essentially boneless with an exquisite crunchy crust on top that was perfect to flavor every bite! The mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect, the asparagus and other wonderful vegetables were perfectly cooked and delicious. My companion loved the seafood risotto. The raspberry bar was huge, beautiful and delicious. The hazelnut chocolate cake was good but a little dry.

Outstanding new restaurant!! Same incredible Wolfgang Puck quality as the other famous restaurants and have had meals at several in CA, LV, & FL. Wonderful space for fine dining inside the heart of the Texas Medical Center. Comfortable ambience for dinner meetings or a night out.
