We came November 4,2024 around 3:50 and placed a order we had not paid yet because we where still looking around and wanted to change the size of the drink and the lady said she could not she had already put it on the system EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NOT PAID YET . We asked to speak to the manager since she seemed like she did not know what to press on the machine no manager was available. So we just took the 3 medium drinks she got them ready but when order was ready she just had a bad attitude. Is not our mistake when money is not paid and nothing is prepared yet . I would have understood if we had already handed the money but no .

Arrived at 8:40, I was at the entrance and the gate was already half closed. When an employee came out the Asian man was blowing his boogers in front of the food counter and mentioned they were not serving anymore. Do not recommend

Dude behind the counter was ranting to us about how they make him do too much and he literally said it was bs. Didn’t mind, it was funny until it was time to pay for our 2 large smoothies. The card machine wasn’t working and he was throwing a tantrum, throwing the card scanner and the landline phone. We offered to pay with zelle or Apple Pay. He didn’t accept that. We were already drinking them when he said he had to take them back because he “had to keep count.” He coulda let us keep the drinks at least for the inconvenience. It was just so unprofessional.
The rep didn’t wash or sanitize his hands. During Covid after handling money and cards I would imagine he would try to be careful, he was not. They are leaving the ingredients out and uncovered. I ended up throwing the drink away as soon as he gave it to me.Please be careful during Covid and take sanitation/cleanliness serious. I can assure you at Thirsty’s Sharpstowns Mall your health is not their concern at all.Also, the lady in front of me did have a mask on and he still assisted her and exposed himself to a stranger.Never coming here again.
