Really rude customer service by one of elderly employees over here at almeda location. I work at the mall get the smoothie everyday, there were more employees today than usually including that elderly lady in her thirties or fourties maybe. They were super busy with customers and maybe because of rush they didn’t make my usual to go raspberry smoothie how it usually it is. I went to them and the elderly lady was being rudely sarcastic. Should be more polite with customers.

Currently here and the customer service is lacking...got my order wrong, & instead of fixing it right away they made everyone else's drink then fixed mine and on top of all that they have the nerve 2 be slow?

I was at the mall with friends, keep in kind we are about an age range of 12-16, my friends little sister had commented about the tasty looking pretzel and one of the workers asked, "Would you like to buy it?", I had said back, "No, cause she is too broke to buy anything". The man then proceeded to "ooo" about it and my friend and his cousin stayed behind because he had told them something. I went to go tell them to keep walking and as I went over there, the man, who looked 23, proceeded to ask for my number while juuling and blowing the smoke in my face. I was disgusted by that question, did I mention that he looked high? His other coworker stood there not saying anything, while I walked over to the ice cream place not far from it, while I went over there, he kept staring at me which made me feel even more uncomfortable than before.
