It makes me unhygienic to put the tweezers that fell on the floor in the place where the clean tweezers were... The girl was arranging them and they fell off... I don't clean them or take them to wash again..

These are the pictures of what I asked for and what I got. They did not put any effort into the cake, the handwriting is messy, and it looked NOTHING like the picture I sent them. When we asked them what happened, they came up with excuses and told me they didn’t know the name of the person who decorated the cake. When we asked for a refund they could only come up with 10 dollars and told us that we could’ve gotten another cake from them.
