Thank you for still making delicious cakes. My son’s 17th birthday cake was sooo good (his words). 🙂
"Best king cake I've ever had" - my co workers. I bring a king cake to the office every year, as an ode to my family, and I normally Ship one in from Gambino's in New Orleans. I won't be doing that anymore as this really was one of the best King cakes I have had. Extra filled, so much so it was a physically heavier cake than normal! And $30 is very standard. Not at all dry - air tight packaging, and they don't skimp on the decorations. I had the Cream cheese strawberry, but would get another flavor in a heartbeat.

Odd place. Customer service is definitely missing here. First the lady told me the WiFi may not be working when it seems like the WiFi was. I came here tomget some work stuff and unable to. I went to bathroom for a second and left my backpack on the table came back and my stuff was moved around. Nobody was even at the store as I was the only customer. Seems like I can’t come here with my laptop. Unfortunate because the bagel and cookie was very good

Too much overt advertising for QLW’s life choices.

My wife paid $54 for a cake with custom calligraphy to surprise me. I came home to her in tears after she opened the box for how poorly written it was. Chocolate cake was good though

The desserts are very good, but the service is terrible, one of the worst I have received in Houston. The employees discriminate. A while ago, I bought a dessert and the guy who served me threw the change in my hand. Yesterday I went again and he served me with a girl reluctantly but a white lady arrived and she was treated wonderfully, my question is do I need to be white so they can serve me better or because of the bad treatment of people who are not from this country? I was disappointed 😡😡

I tend to never write reviews… but gosh. I got the strawberry cake and the vanilla cupcake. The cake was so dry it almost scratched my throat I’m not even joking. There was nothing moist or fresh about either one of them. I have never had such a dry piece of cake in my life I’m actually appalled. With that being said I bought my father 2 gingerbread cookies he said they were delicious!! The icing was very good on the cakes and the young lady who helped me make a choice was so sweet.

Cinnamon roll was both cold and hard. Very disappointing for the price.

I’ve been here a few times but each time the products have been average or below average quality with high prices. I tried a carrot cake cupcake today knowing their cookies are always overcooked and it was by far the worst cupcake I’ve ever had. It was very dry, so dry I couldn’t break a piece off the bottom without it crumbling like a pile of sand with pieces flying everywhere. Cupcakes are one of the cheapest things to make, would it kill you to put a little more milk/buttermilk or maybe not over mix the batter? Can’t believe I paid $14 for dollar store quality. Very disappointed.

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my big 30th birthday and was really disappointed with the bakery's lack of attention to detail. I worked closely with a young man to get my custom order correctly documented on their order form. His attention to detail was phenomenal. He worked really hard to make sure everything I wanted was captured clearly and correctly on the design form. The bakery dropped the ball on the execution. I wanted a heart shaped cake with a garden party floral design on the sides. I provided a reference picture and asked that the base of the cake please be pink, but otherwise to match the florals (color/style) to the reference photo. I asked that the top be simple compared to the photo, and requested some pearls to embellish the cake instead. I was excited to pick up my cake and was sorely disappointed. The entire cake - details and all were entirely pink and didn't capture the garden party vibe at all. I complained to the manager and he initially only offered an apology. We paid well over $115 for a custom cake that they simply did not deliver. I asked for a partial discount as the cake I received was not what I had ordered, and he offered me a $20 store credit gift card. He added some light glitter to the top and some pearls which gave the cake a better look, but alas was still not what I ordered and paid for. The taste of the cake was on point and on par with what I've come to know and love from Three Brothers. The green cake is the reference photo and the pink cake is what they gave me.
I stopped here one day for a quick treat. The cheesecake cupcake and petit four was very dry. It didn't taste fresh. Looked good, but I have had better items from the grocery store bakery. Maybe the custom orders are better than the items on the shelf.
