The service was great! My biggest issue was I spent $50 on a checkerboard rum cake for my birthday and everyone hated it because it was as dry as dirt!! Wouldn't pay $10 for that cake, so I'm pretty upset because I paid $50 for it thinking it would be delicious.

I walked in this morning, and was blown away by the selection. I let someone else behind me order first, since I hadn't decided yet, Big Mistake. The one person behind the counter never glanced at me again. Fifteen minutes, and three more, later customers, I walked out, still hungry.

Based on other reviews, I ordered 18 King Cakes for a Mardi Gras party. The cakes were pretty, HOWEVER, I don't think all of my cakes were freshly baked, due to the inconsistency. Some were fine, but I had 5 cakes that were very DRY, guests wouldn't eat them, they were thrown out. I'm very disappointed in Three Brothers and will not use them again.

Very disappointed, spent over $30 on cupcakes, which I don't mind when I know I'm buying big gourmet cupcakes only these were very dry, old and cold. Also something in the taste was just was missing, like they were missing sugar from the ingredients. I won't be coming back here for cupcakes (ordered 2 strawberries, 1 red velvet, 1 cheesecake, 1 chocolate) also got a cookie and a lemon cheesecake dessert

Cute little place with many different deserts. Banana bread was ok. I just don't understand why there are no prices anywhere. The sales lady didn't seem enthusiastic at all and we felt rushed even there were no other customers.
This place is very overrated. I have gone too many and each time, I ask myself, why'd you go back? It's because I'm from Nola and I'm so nostalgia for small locally owned delicious readily available bakeries, but this is not it. The cupcakes are stale and when are supposed to be filled aren't. The key lime pie was not good and tasted of cool whip. I have moved on...

The place has very good desserts! The only downfall is, they are never fully stocked throughout the day! I am a faithful customer, who usually comes once a week in orders the pecan pie, which they seem to run out of a lot and the petit fours! Very disappointing because this has become one of my favorite bakeries. If they would start stocking more items inside the bakery, then I DEF would give them five stars!

I came here on 8/6/2023 in the afternoon for the first time as I was in the area looking for a cafe to get some work done. The service was 10/10, I was immediately greeted by Abraham who helped me through my order. Abraham was very professional, great customer-service and friendly. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with an iced caramel latte & it was so delicious! There's plenty of seating inside, the ambiance gives off a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere with light music playing inside. There's also a few tables and chairs for outdoors. I didn't know their pecan pie is an award winning pie so we'll have to come back and try one. They have SO MANY options to choose from and all of their sweets look amazing! Overall, I'm glad I stopped by and will definitely be back when frequenting the area.

The staff and presentation of the items is superb, however the flavor and freshness have been underwhelming. We have been twice now, thought the first time was maybe just an off day, howerver both times have been a disappointment.

I would suggest hiring people who really know how to Bake . It smells like a bakery but the cake & pie I had taste like it was missing ingredients & stale . No moisture or fluffiness. Just a bunch of sugars put together to make it look good . New staff needed
