Thank you for still making delicious cakes. My son’s 17th birthday cake was sooo good (his words). 🙂

Really like this place, good coffee, great pastry display, and clean! But the service was quite slow today. One guy was trying and the other was on the phone and not helpful. We all have our days but could use a sense of urgency.

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my big 30th birthday and was really disappointed with the bakery's lack of attention to detail. I worked closely with a young man to get my custom order correctly documented on their order form. His attention to detail was phenomenal. He worked really hard to make sure everything I wanted was captured clearly and correctly on the design form. The bakery dropped the ball on the execution. I wanted a heart shaped cake with a garden party floral design on the sides. I provided a reference picture and asked that the base of the cake please be pink, but otherwise to match the florals (color/style) to the reference photo. I asked that the top be simple compared to the photo, and requested some pearls to embellish the cake instead. I was excited to pick up my cake and was sorely disappointed. The entire cake - details and all were entirely pink and didn't capture the garden party vibe at all. I complained to the manager and he initially only offered an apology. We paid well over $115 for a custom cake that they simply did not deliver. I asked for a partial discount as the cake I received was not what I had ordered, and he offered me a $20 store credit gift card. He added some light glitter to the top and some pearls which gave the cake a better look, but alas was still not what I ordered and paid for. The taste of the cake was on point and on par with what I've come to know and love from Three Brothers. The green cake is the reference photo and the pink cake is what they gave me.

I visited the Chimney Rock location two days ago because they do not sell bread at their closest outlet to me, on Washington Avenue. (I find that strange, but that's another story). I bought a large white loaf, cookies, a cinnamon roll, and gingerbread men. The lady working the register was real nice. However, when I got the products home I couldn't believe how light the bread was. I soon discovered the reason. It was as dry as the Sahara. I cut slices off. The crust just crumbled away and the core was like a Mr. Clean bar. Tried the gingerbread cookies. Likewise, dry and stale. I went to the store mid-morning when fresh items should have been available. However, although I cannot prove it, I'm pretty sure I was sold leftover stock from the previous day. Will not be returning. My yard squirrels and birds got to enjoy the bread. Waste of time and money. Basic tenet of a baking business: sell fresh food.

Everything I’ve had was delicious! The gingerbread is fantastic but the breads are my favorite hands down! Challah being the best bread for your avocado toast! Friendly and helpful staff too! I can’t recommend enough.

Have been going annually for family birthday cake since my Son was three. He is now in his thirties with two kids. Guess who is now getting birthday cakes. I present an idea and they make absolutely delicious and creative cakes.

I like this bakery alot. Their items are definitely on the "doughy" side as opposed to buttery/flaky. For example, croissant is more soft and "toothy" than buttery and flaky. This works for a lot of items on their menu, but if you want the best croissant you may want to try somewhere else. My favorite item is their lady finger cookie. It's great! I think some of their other less traditional cookies are also very good. (Like the Mexican wedding cookie)

Morgan is amazing!! We needed a last min birthday cake for a friend of ours 40th birthday. Morgan went above and beyond to help us! We can't thank her enough. I called over 20 bakeries, and she was the only one who helped. We needed a cake that would feed 10 people, write happy bday on it, and draw a dart figure. She did it!! While I waited on her to write on the cake, Christina made me a delicious latte. I've heard about this place for years and never been. I will be back for more pastries and desserts. I will tell everyone I know about this bakery! Thank you again!!
