How long does it take to put a few already made brownies and a pint of blue bell ice cream in a freaking bag. It's already been 45 minutes and they claim to still be "preparing" my order. I could have gone to the store and bought ice cream while baking my own batch of brownies already.

Your delivery drivers are a reflection of your business. When they are barreling through and speeding in a kid filled street with your business labeled on a car, that must mean profits outweigh public safety. Rogue driver? Perhaps. Or you could install safety controls (vehicle tracking) and/or reporting mechanisms to allow for targeted feedback. Neither of those were available so this forum will have to do. This driver was in the Oak Forest area around 6:15pm on 3/11/24

The shop was cute and the employee was friendly but I got a few different varieties of cookies and was underwhelmed. They tasted like grocery store bakery cookies; not bad but definitely not great and not worth $21 per dozen.

If you eveerrrrrrrr- find yourself in a spot to where you are craving sweets, need a pick me up, or even if you're tasked with sending something special for a Holliday, get well, just because, or a birthday- This is the place! CLEAN! Not a spot in sight! Friendliness:OMG YES! Everytime I come here they are amazing! Lady with the green hair was sooo kind! Taste- Come on now!If you know, you know that the cookies are really put of this world. The fact that when they delivery the cookies and they STILL ARRIVE WARM- is next level! So give them a try! Definitely worth the money!
