I was able to do Tiff’s Cookie promo they did for July and August. It has been so wonderful picking up cookies all around the country and delivering them to friends and family when we are visiting. Your blueberry muffin cookies are absolutely amazing and I love the lemon ones. You pick them up nice and warm and the packaging is so cute. Definitely have turned on lots of family and friends to your brand Would highly recommend

My son just moved to Texas from Florida and it was his first birthday away from home. I ordered the cookies for him and his roommates and they all loved them. Thank you for helping this mom feel like part of my son's special day when he lives so far away now.

Signed up for Tiff’s Treats Summer Pass but had never had them before. Bought 2dz and then added on 1/2dz for a special price. Delivered within an hour and WARM!! What a great afternoon treat for me and the Grands. With the Summer Pass, I’m going to have lots of friends!! 😍

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

Cookies at this store are inconsistent in quality. Sometimes the cookies are still soft 48+ hours later. This time, and not even 24 hours later, the cookies feel and taste like they're a week old. Sometimes the cookies differ in appearance too. I've noticed that with the softer cookies, the chocolate chips are nicely hidden and appear melted verses the harder cookies where you can clearly still see the general shape of an unmelted chocolate chip.
Please fix this quality control issue because when the cookies are good, they're GOOOOD :)

While I love your cookies, you’ve raised your prices 2x in the last 2-3 months! Before tip by $6! SMH…… is this to cover all your summer pass cookies?! This is just crazy, and meanwhile I pay for a subscription too! Really pretty disappointing!

I went to this location on 7/23. When I arrived there were no other customers in line. I was asked by the man working was I there for a pick up order? I responded no and he did not take my order. Then a customer came out of the restroom & said he was there for a pick up order, the man working gave him his order and then went to the back of the store without taking my order or asking to help. I was the only customer left in the lobby and watched the man working go to the back and get on the computer and began doing something. Not until I called out to him and said I have not ordered, did he come back out to the front to take my order. Very poor customer service & my choc chip cookie was a funny color.

Lord know I loves me some tiff treats. However today was a little different when I walked into the store. No one acknowledged me. I stood there for minutes … when a customer of another race walked in… she was immediately acknowledged. I placed the order for a dozen cookies. I wanted to use the promo code for a dozen cookies that was emailed to me. The young lady said OK and then she acknowledged the customer behind me and helped her first before helping me when I brought it to her attention young lady got irritated and annoyed. The lady still was helped and left before me. Come on now y’all.

Saw their truck parked outside the Corpus Christi Hooks game tonight. We were given a free sample of the chocolate chip cookie. it was amazing. Looking forward to placing an order soon! Thank you!
