Great and convenient place for delicious cookies! Would give a 5 star but an employee named Kendra was super rude and not welcoming. We were helped by a guy in the front and he was wonderful and took great care of us!

This Valentine's Day, I couldn't be with my husband due to work training out of town. So I decided to send him a box of Tiff's Treat's cookies since I know how much he loves chocolate chip cookies. Delivery was reliable and he said the cookies were still warm when he received them! Seeing the smile on his face was priceless. Thank you Tiff's Treats for making our day still very special!

It was kind of secluded but I was glad they were opened late. No one was at the counter so we waited a little bit. When he came the employee was nice but he didn't know jack about what was in the cookies. I ordered my fav- oatmeal chocolate chip. I can't eat nuts, but guess what he gave me? Yep chocolate chip with nuts...sigh. We just kept driving

Today July 16th at 3:40 attempted to enter store, door locked. Employees saw me and would not acknowledge or open door, even a curent employee attempted to enter and could not get in. Highly unprofessuonal and disrespectful
The five star is for the amazing cookies you all present in a very tasting fashion. The staff was exceptional except one black gentleman that had the most not so welcome attitude, when we first entered qw were very eager and happy to purchase the cookies but the man came out very rude and said, y'all want some cookies and I said yes but we would like to look at the menu first, the man literally walks off and said something in mocking form, UNPROFESSIONAL and simply did not care about his customers or actions, other customers looked around and was trying to figure out if he was having a bad day, Thank God for the other gentleman who was extremely nice and attentive, please teach and train them not to mock people before things get out of hand for unnecessary reasons. We need to do better with customer service despite how you feel about your selfish attitude and well being. Thank you

I pre-ordered my 4 dozen cookies and cupcakes but I mistakenly placed the wrong date for pickup. What did they do? Asked if I could wait for a moment while they expedited my order so I may take that same day. Remarkable!
