The peanut butter and jelly cookie is actually really good. The moisture from the jelly keeps it soft on the inside and the outside is still crispy. The peanut butter cookie is a little salty to me, but that's just the first bite. The jelly comes in after and makes it really sweet. They balance each other out really well.

First time ordering. I ordered online for someone's birthday at work and had it delivered. The delivery car was super cute and the driver was efficient on time and friendly. I left a 15,% tip but would have left more had I known. I wish they had a way to tip after the delivery. I hate to leave a great tip not knowing how the service will be. First impression was the bag was cute. When I started unpacking I thought for sure they forgot something. The one dozen cookies seem to weigh the same as the two brownies and the boxes were the same size. I took a bite of the blonde brownie and it was so salty I didn't want another bite. I tried a bite of the cookie brownie and thought well it doesn't taste bad but I think Domino's cookie brownie is better and that's kinda sad. The cookies were good but I don't get the hype. They just tasted like freshly baked cookies. I felt I was paying for the box and bag. Like I'm cool because I can pay for expensive cookies. I'm sorry Tiff. For the price I was expecting something special the only thing I thought was special was the wrapping kinda. Oh and my husband didn't want the blonde brownie after one bite either. Might have gotten a bad batch idk.

Fun fact: your favorite Tiffwich can be delivered! My company just hosted a Tiff's Treats social, and it was the highlight of my day! Tiff's Treats brought a collection of cookies in different flavors and a tub of ice cream to make the Tiffwiches on the spot! It's just as good as the ones you get fresh in the store. Only difference is you can request for the ice cream to come as a side or in sandwich form between the cookies. :)

Tiff's Treats has the BEST cookies! Haven't had a flavor I didn't like. I come to this location whenever I need a celebratory gift for a co-worker. I love their festive packaging with the balloon! Also, they have the friendliest customer service! Would highly recommend if you are needing a quick gift or just looking to treat yourself! ??

I am handicapped and use a walker. I went in to buy 4 dozen cookies as a gift. Twice I does it Los if someone would come and help me. I left because no one came. NEVER AGAIN

I LOVE TIFF'S TREATS! Even if we have tried other cookie places in Houston. This place is still my favorite. The cookies are always warm and soft!! They may have multiple locations around Houston but I like coming to this location because it's in midtown and it's more in the middle of the city and closer to the highways if I'm trying to bring cookies to work or anywhere else. Parking may be challenging in this area because of the restaurants and bars around. They are cashless and 1 cookie is $1.50 each but they do have deals once in a while like $12 for 12 cookies. Don't look elsewhere and give them a try!

I was very disappointed with my last visit. I ordered from UberEats to go pick it up myself. I had selected a coupon to buy one dozen and get one free. After selecting the two flavors online, I placed the order. Upon my arrival, to my surprise, they only had 1 dozen; 6 cookies from each flavor. I informed the staff how the wording was confusing and that I was expecting the 2 dozens. However, the response I got felt like no more could be done in the matter.I understand I made a mistake, but I felt like customer service could have been more empathetic towards a human mistake. If you select a promotion that gives you a dozen for free, you are expecting 2 dozens, not one.

No matter how many times I visit any establishment and I know what the product taste like, the customer service will always make or break it. Good job to Devin for excellent customer service!
