First stop here in Houston. Got the tonkotsu ramen and an order of the lamb skewer with wasabi sauce.
Food came out quickly and was good. Broth was flavorful, and not too salty. The lamb was tender and paired nicely with the wasabi mayo sauce. Definitely cleared my stuffy nose!

from what i remember back in 2023, the ramen itself is pretty not good
update: i did revisited this place. the ramen itself is average at best but the great customer service did warrant a raise three stars up. as for the noodles being clumped together, you can spread them out if you’re getting used to instant noodles like buldak. the broth is salty—but not overly salty that burns my tongue; instead...
