“This store is first of its kind in West Houston. I met the young franchisee and told him I was impressed. It's a small place, but so far, they are doing a great job

“They could use some more lunch options, like sandwiches. They brought in steep tea then took it away. They use old cups from promos like roll-up and camp-day just to use cups. It defeats the purpose of those campaigns. I think they’re struggling in Houston, they’re never busy. Hopefully they improve or they’ll be all closed in a year.“
“I’ve been here a twice now and I want to like it but it’s just not good. The drinks are watered down. The food is stale. The burrito was okay but not worth the price. I gave it a good shot but at $15+ i prefer gas station breakfast.
*UPDATE 02/2026. I have to double back. I left this review about a year ago and today decided to stop by in a moment of starving desperation. And I have to say the quality has improved tremendously! The burrito was so tasty & fresh and the cold brew was perfect. This location has really stepped it up!“
