I told the barista it was my first time and that I needed some help choosing a drink. I was hoping for something similar to an iced caramel macchiato and was open to suggestions. She completely ignored my request, offered no guidance, and didn’t even make eye contact.
Trying to break the tension, I asked if she was having a rough morning—no response. I asked if she disliked her job, and she finally said, “No, I love it.” I replied, “It doesn’t show.”
Not the kind of experience you want when trying a place for the first time. It set a terrible tone for my morning, and I won’t be returning.

I keep ordering a plain bagel extra butter extra toasted and i keep getting a bagel that isnt toasted at all and little to no raw unmelted butter

They rarely look at mobile orders and I hate refraining from ordering mobile orders. However, food and drinks are consistently good.?
Coffee tasted the same as Timmy's back home in Canada but the donuts did not and service was slow. Prices were also much higher.

I really enjoy buying my donuts in the morning here. But every time I go, they always sell me hard and old things from days old it' s really disgusting. Whoever the manager is they need to replace them immediately

Bland food got the sausage egg croissant sausage was still pink in the middle, hash brown that was soggy and fell apart, bacon omelette bites that were hard as hell. coffee was aight tho so 2 ⭐️
