When you order Tim Hortons through DoorDash. They don’t care how you order your breakfast and even if you pay for extra bacon or sausage. You will not get it. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION IT IS GHETTO
Cool coffee shop!
And the bathrooms are cleaner than Starbucks
I think the staff needs to figure out which drink is which ordered Mocha Nut Hot latte and when I decided I didn’t want whipped cream I was told several times it doesn’t come with cream but no sooner as I accepted that and didn’t say anything there was whipped cream on it. Still one of the best tasting Latte I’ve had and the price was great
Meh. I've been here three times, first two were drive thru and the last was dine in. Nothing spectacular, I would say sub par to Starbucks.
Great customer service!
I have been to Tim Hortons in Canada. This is not even close to the quality or selection there. The chocolate chip muffin and donuts we tried were not fresh (may have been a day old) and their selection was small. Disappointed.

Not friendly
2475 hwy 6 Houston Texas 77077 Order 331 I told the barista it was my first time and that I needed some help choosing a drink. I was hoping for something similar to an iced caramel macchiato and was open to suggestions. She completely ignored my request, offered no guidance, and didn’t even make eye contact. Trying to break the tension, I asked if she was having a rough morning—no response. I asked if she disliked her job, and she finally said, “No, I love it.” I replied, “It doesn’t show.” Not the kind of experience you want when trying a place for the first time. It set a terrible tone for my morning, and I won’t be returning.
Love the coffee, I wish a location would open in south Houston.

Real coffee, i found it enjoyable I didn’t eat in though.
Thought it was just me but reading some of these reviews, this location makes Tim Horton seem like a waste of money and almost hazardous. It sent me straight to the toilet once and I'm praying after the bacon cheese croissant today bc it doesn't seem cooked or well heated. Ice cold by the time I get around the corner. Costs too much money for the quality of the food you get. I have complained once and they said I needed a receipt. How about you just refund cash or replace the item with something else.
I got food poisoning from this location yesterday. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and halfway through eating started to notice weird greenish specs on the egg. I stopped eating immediately, but at that point it was too late. I had to find the nearest bathroom and accept my fate. Definitely won’t be coming back. ✌🏾
Nice cozy place for coffee and desserts but not fit for big crowds. There's outdoor sitting, only if you want to burn yourself under Houston sun
Fresh coffee
Donuts
Friendly service
