i’m not one for writing reviews, but I was extremely irritated by the employees and service at this store. i tried ordering four of the blueberry pastries just for an employee to tell me that they’ll be ready in 9 minutes. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes, came back to the drive-thru just to be told they ran out As if I wasn’t just told to come back in 9 minutes. Then when I brought that up, another employee said they will be ready in 5 minutes after being told 9 and sat in the parking lot for 20. So I left and called to talk to a manager who after 4-5 phone calls finally answered and told me they in fact do have some that are ready. I guess the employees just didn’t want to do their job.

Honey dip donut is really a sugar glazed donut 🤨.
Lattes are poorly crafted and slightly warm instead of hot. Unskilled baristas warm milk directly on a drinking cup 😭, adds coffee on top, then adds additional cold milk. Train your staff FGS. Would have rather stopped at a Gas Station 🤣
I frequent this place because it’s close to my work however, lately the staff has been very rude and the serving size have been altered. If you order a large, you pretty much are getting a small they fill the cup with a lot of foam so you’re not getting what you actually order and you have to ask them for a napkin and or any thing else that you need.

I’ve been here a twice now and I want to like it but it’s just not good. The drinks are watered down. The food is stale. The burrito was okay but not worth the price. I gave it a good shot but at $15+ i prefer gas station breakfast.
*UPDATE 02/2026. I have to double back. I left this review about a year ago and today decided to stop by in a moment of starving desperation. And I have to say the quality has improved tremendously! The burrito was so tasty & fresh and the cold brew was perfect. This location has really stepped it up!

I’ve been to this location twice so far since they’ve opened. We’ve tried their donuts, breakfast sandwiches, iced latte and cold brew. So far mostly everything was good except for when I ordered my cold brew this morning in the drive thru. I didn’t receive what I ordered even though I paid for the extra add ins and I didn’t realize until I was already on the freeway headed to work. I’m not sure how my order was messed up when there were what seemed like 15-20 employees inside. I understand location is very new and employees are still learning. I would suggest having the drive thru employee repeat our orders back to the customer to minimize errors.

There was a girl with brown hair working 8AM on February 3rd who smacked her lips and and gave me because they gave me 2 hard stale cold valetims donuts so I opted to switch out for 2 glaze. They didn’t have any ready and said 5 minutes so when going inside after 5 minutes more like 8 minutes asked the girl and she threw this attitude and said “I don’t know when they’ll be done” like okay… so you don’t work here then? Very inappropriate and rude behavior. If you don’t like your job the. Don’t work there and give customers attitude.

Drive thru needs work. They don't take your order, even mobile, until they finished completely wth the person who just ordered. You just wait. Not until that person gets their food, do they take your order. Kinda strange for a drive thru and very slow

My first visit to a Tim Horton's. I was pleased wtih my breakfast sandwiches. One was with the muffin the other croissant. Service and timliness were both satisfactory. The inside of the place was neat and tidy with plenty of seating. I'll return. The only annoyance was the dang beeping either from the kitchen or the drive thru. They could turn down that volume.

Whatever you do...do not go inside. You will have to wait more than 10 mins for someone to acknowledge you then another 10+ mins for your order. Even if the drive thru 8s to the feeder road im sure it will be faster

Pastry was given to me cold like straight-up cold. Bit into it and instantly regretted it. The coffee didn’t even taste like coffee. I usually come here for good coffee, but this time? Nope. It tasted old and watered down, like it had been sitting there forever. I ordered in the drive-thru and honestly… after that cold pastry and that sad coffee, I won’t be coming back.
