As a Canadian visiting Houston, I’ve been to countless Tim Hortons and usually love the brand, which made this experience especially disappointing. We placed a mobile order and were told at the drive-thru to park and wait, but after 30 minutes no one came out or gave an update. We eventually went inside and were met with a rude attitude by the employees.
About 40 minutes after ordering, we finally received our order—missing one French vanilla coffee. We were told they ran out of French vanilla but we were never informed. They just decided to ignore that part of the order. They offered a substitute which was the brown butter caramel latte and it was very poorly made. It was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. Poor service, bad communication, and a big miss for a brand I normally trust.

Ordered online. Was told at the drive thru to pull into a parking spot instead for some reason. Waited 30 minutes without anyone coming out with our order. Fed up, we entered the store to ask about our order and were treated rudely. Around 40 minutes from the initial order time they finally gave it to us missing one coffee. They said they ran out of French vanilla, but they didn't inform us and must have thought we would just not notice. We requested a brown butter caramel latte. It was one of the worst coffees I've ever had. Terrible service, bad attitudes, mistakes.

Had to reverse out of the drive through lane. 7 am and waited more than 5 minutes with only 3 cars for coffee that’s already brewed. All you sell is coffee, keep those lines moving!!!

We come here often , but today will be our last. The service was absolutely horrible.Every single item we ordered , we had to repeat ourselves 6 or 7 times the lady on the other end did not speak or understand english that well. We were ordering items literally on the menu and she did not know what they were. When I called the store, the so-called manager answered the phone could not understand what I was saying.I was passed to 2 other people was then told the manager was busy. Finally , after 5 or 6 minutes on the phone was told that isabella is the actual manager and was not there. We didn't get a receipt even after we asked for one.

I do not recommend going to this location.
I went there 7 AM for fresh breakfast. They handed me last night’s leftover croissants and with cheese unmelted. Each bite felt like rubber.
