Please understand this company is known and continues to stay in business because of minorities. Yet I have a visit like I had yesterday at drive thru where i pull up and the menu is down so you don’t know what’s on menu unless you know it. Then there are cars backing up all the way so after they order you can’t order because you can’t get in front of speaker. And because the drive thru worker is so ignorant she immediately goes off on me after taking to the previous order bumper for 5 minutes. Then acts impatient with me because she is incoherent and clearly not examining her drive thru!! I refused to order and put that drive thru worker in her place. Don’t want to work don’t!! Can’t afford not to work? Then remember your purpose for working and do your damn job!!! This location is the worst in Houston and sticks out like a sore thumb in that area from a scenery perspective. Want to visit a makeshift Timmy CHAN’S this is it????

get better drive thru cashiers! your cashiers are ghetto refused to take my order and unprossional. after she let me wait in the line for her to do a shift change . then gone tell me to come inside , lockwood yall gotta do better! everyone that buys there ain’t from the hood or ghetto!

I've been here a few times. Every time I have visited, I haven't exactly had a good experience. The food was okay, but service was not so much. The lady that works there is never nice nor professional. When I first walked in here, she never greeted me and it took forever to get her attention when I needed to order. I recommend the other locations as every other reviewer here has stated. This location has a lot to improve on.

Black folks if you know what good for you stay away. This place is rude and disrespectful to the black dollar. KING WOK is in the same parking lot same fried rice for a cheaper price and taste better.

I had a craving for wings and it did satisfy the craving. However I feel it was over priced and the chicken lacked a good “crunch factor.” However, I would give them another go.
Don't come to this location. The one on Bissonnett & Synott is much better. I ordered 2 general tso chicken and when I got it, it looked more like orange chicken. When I went inside to ask about it, the woman behind the counter had a very condescending tone. Insisting the order was correct. Which was fine, but I wanted to be sure my order was correct. I didn't appreciate being treated like I was a bother. The chicken tasted gummy, and the egg rolls I ordered weren't that great either. I won't be back.

Bad service. Lady was very rude.Womens bathroom had only one toilet working, and no paper towels to dry your hands. The air dryer didn't dry my hands. Food was okay.
