Today, I ordered beef with vegetables and these food did not taste nothing but soy sauce. I won't go back . This place have changed cooking workers. All I saw was viethnamise females. Food got no flavor.

Gave it a 3 because I love the food. Especially the wings and rice. But went today, 3/23/2024 and whoever the lady was working the drive thru is so rude. We said the order 3 times, she repeated it we said yes then she acted as if she couldn't hear. She then proceeds to tell us to come inside. We said we cannot come inside, as there were cars behind us. Got to the window and she said she canceled the order because we were rude. Not true, she said she couldn't hear but what did she cancel if she couldn't hear? Why would I be rude to someone making my food? I know better then that. She is just rude and unprofessional and acted as if we bring there was ruining her day.i went to another timmy chans and received great food and service. Wont go to that location again.

A neighborhood tradition and very popular. It's CASH ONLY. Every order appears to be made fresh. This location just recently reopened the washrooms, but the bathrooms look rough. Better than nothing. You can eat in, but most do take out or do the drive through.

Horrible service. Yes they were fast and yes their food is good but the woman at the drive thru window was just horrible.. I bought 3 egg rolls which came out to 3.86 (not bad) I get to the window and they don’t take any type of card cash only. Fine I hand her a 5$ bill and she gives me 4 cents change and announces the rest of my money is a tip. I said what? She just left. None of the interaction was friendly. There are other places just as good that will treat you better and more friendly. .
