There is no reason there should be this much oil in the Lo Mein noodles.

They always give cold food and they never put care into your food. The workers in the kitchen also do drugs while I worked there, I watched so many of them act weird and make wrong orders.

Not open.
Had food from here once. Flavors were good, however, giving this a low rating because my plate had a mix of white meat chicken (good natural chicken) and the disgusting pink slime chicken (yes the sponge looking chicken from McDonalds) i’m a chicken snob and absolutely will not eat that sponge chicken it just tastes and feels so artificial. I was very disappointed to see they tried to cut corners and served a plate of food with half good chicken half sponge chicken, this establishment is not a McDonalds for them to be doing that. If i hadn’t experienced that i would have been back, but this is just the sort of thing that makes me not trust in the quality ingredients. My boyfriend had a curry and he got ALL white meat chicken, so his was good, but finding it on mine was just off putting.
Not only do they suck when it comes to customer service as in giving out cold food, wrong orders without including everything, these people also suck at running a business. Working here, I worked with people who did coke on breaks. The owner doesn’t even know half of the stuff that happens in the restaurant, and the manager is usually never there and barely does his job. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here; there’s never a time a meal or the store isn’t missing something or out of something.

Food is pretty bad, chicken was really rubbery. Worse version of Panda Express
Did not care for the food here. I did not try the wings, which did look tasty. Tried the chicken potstickers, they were 3 out of 5 star and a noodle bowl that was not very flavorful. My friend got a Boba tea, and did not like it, drank less than half. I would rather go back to Masala Wok, very similar, but MW actually good food.

Wow the food was so bland here, didn't even feel like taking a pictures of the food. I order the chicken lettuce wrap and citrus teriyaki noodles. They bought out a plate of pad thai instead. When I told them it was the wrong order they took it back. 5 mins later they bought out a new plate that look exactly like the pad thai but with mango pieces in it. At this point I didn't even care anymore so I ate some of the citrus teriyaki that looked like pad thai, it was insanely bland. The food looked nothing like the pictures on the menu.

This was not a great experience. The place was empty at 7pm on Sunday. So you’d think the order wouldn’t take too long. For 5 dishes we waited an hr. They then delivered them one dish at a time rather than all together. The dishes were also served cold. The beverages were the best part. Everything else was sub par.

So glad Tin Drum is in Houston now! I stop by once a week to get the Bangkok Sweet Chili Curry and Garlic Noodles and it always hits the spot. I also just used them for a catering event and it was ready on time, fresh, and a big hit with the family! Hope they open more locations.

Place looks really cool, but maybe it's just what I got, but the food was not good. I got the "Citrus" Pad Thai. Putting in quotes because I asked what the citrus was about expecting them to say oranges or lemons and the response was (after having to check with the kitchen) lime....not sure why they felt the need to be fancy and call it citrus....thats just Pad Thai. I should have known we'd made a mistake when we were asked if we wanted grilled or fried chicken in it. Feeling like I needed to give it a chance, I chose grilled. I didn't know I was asking for Tyson frozen grilled chicken in my Pad Thai. It was bad. It might have been okay with tofu, but the Tyson frozen chicken was way too salty and really threw the whole dish in a different direction. My stomach started to hurt not too long after having that dish. The Boba Tea was okay.

I’ve been to this place before. I live near by and it’s good, and I have been recommending it to people. But I won’t be recommending it anymore tbh.Rating is mostly based on customer service. The default on the online ordering system took off all the ingredients on my ramen so it was just the noodles and protein… I called and the person I spoke on the phone had no care in the world. We went back and forth a bit and then I even took the fault and said it was my bad (it wasn’t, the system listed out the included ingredients and I obviously assumed that they’d be included) but I offered some feedback because honestly the system completely defaulted. And as a marketer, I would want to know if there was UX/UI issues with my system. So I get it, technology, but at least care about it, or apologize, or offer me a dumb 10% or something lol idk. Basic customer service.I wouldn’t just not care at all. Too many food choices out here…Food is okay. I swear customer service makes food taste better or worse.

i got lo mein and it was delicious. it was on the healthier side which i didn't mind. felt like i was eating something homemade because it came with lots of yummy veggies and the noodles werent too thick or heavy.i got their taro milk tea and wasnt expecting it but it was really good. they have many choices on the menu to choose from, and i liked how they had accurate photos of each entree.easy parking and clean restaurant. they also sell asian crackers and few merch.

New spot recently opened up so decided to try it and was great. The noodles I got had a lot of flavor and the crab and cheese rolls were amazing.

The food is full of flavor, the service is quick and courteous. They have a wide selection of diverse dishes without having an overwhelming amount of options. The milk tea variety is also on point.Great place, will definitely make it a part of my monthly rotation!
Vegetarian options: Tofu, double veggie proteins, very clear menu
Parking: Big parking garage next to it with affordable parking.
Kid-friendliness: Open, airy ambiance. I'd feel fine bringing my two younger kids here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance, zero stairs, no high top tables.
