I love that there's always friendly service and such genuine care for their craft of baked goods and cookies. You can tell that every member cares about what they do and how they can accommodate the customers.

Every employee was a joy to talk to and made sure my order was perfect! If you want a place that is happy to see you and serves the best latte I've ever had this is the place to go!

I love Tiny’s, great handcrafted beverages and food options. Their desserts are amazing.
However, my nitro got filled nothing but foam. My other beverage came out perfectly. Didn’t get to enjoy my nitro cold brew.

Very sad than I can no longer recommend this Milk and Cookies.
This location is no longer zero waste friendly. The manager on duty would no longer take my clean reusable cup for my drink order, I have been coming and using my cup here for years. They offered to put it in a disposable plastic cup and transfer to my glass I explained that this totally defeats the purpose of trying to use less plastic and additionally adds microplastics to the drink (bad for the environment AND bad for your health yippee!)
There is no ordinance or health code that restricts bringing your own container, it is purely the unwillingness of the cafe to adopt sustainable and health conscious practices.
A simple middle ground might be having reusable metal cup (like a Boston shaker) that can be used to transfer the drinks into the customer's container or to simply allow reusables without all the fuss- lots of coffee shops have no trouble being BYOContainer friendly.
As a frequent customer of Tiny's, I expected better from this experience.
I even emailed the general manager Preeti Gurung with my complaint and the FDA food code that includes scientifically based guidelines that permit the use of BYO containers, but weeks later- no response. You'd think a local company like Tiny's would show more care to their customers. I am personally disappointed and do not plan to frequent Milk and Cookies as much as I had previously.

First time in YEARS in Houston and I came to have me a little sugar cone with the vanilla crunch icecream and a chocolate chip cookie. Usually cookies I’ve tried before get a little hard even hours later but no…. Not here… INFACT it was one of the best most solid cookies I’ve had. I really wish I would’ve had some milk to go with it when I ate it. The chocolate chip cookie was everything my heart wanted. I can’t wait to come back. 10/10 basically you walk up, place your order and you’re all set to go

The ice cream is delicious and the chocolate chip cookies are excellent! It’s fun to order at the window and enjoy the treats outside.

Hands done the best and down to earth spot near Rice University. The “Hood Poppers” cars & coffee is a great touch and very inviting to auto and moto enthusiasts.

The parking very limited in this area and there seems to be a line as soon as they open up. The line does move quickly though. There is no outdoor seating it’s more of a grab and go.
I tried the sugar cookie with sprinkles and tinys chocolate chip cookie ice cream.
The vanilla ice cream was blended well with the chocolate chip cookies. You get the true “cookies and cream” effect where you get some chunks of chocolate chips and pieces of cookies. The sugar cookie with sprinkles was ok.

Had a cortado and ordered a powdered almond croissant based purely on looks.
The croissant was amazing. I completely underestimated how good a croissant could be!
The deck is missing a badly needed railing near the walkway. Other than that the place is golden.

Outstanding service and products were of fine quality.
Always always always great. 10/10
Went last night to pick up cookies. Was going to save 2 for 2 different friends who have never had them. (Chocolate Chip). Like someone reviewed earlier, they were just thrown in the box. The other thing was they were off. They didn't taste like they have in the past. Not as moist, not as cohesive. The cookies didn't hold together even this morning. They didn't taste as good either. The only thing good about it is that I'm not going to let my friends eat them because they're not an example of what I had been raving about.

The cookies are amazing but I am thoroughly disappointed with the presentation at the West U location. They threw the cookies on the box
